In fact, I am a columbia loyal fan, and bought 4 pcs fleece jackets for my family. Last month, I found a new brand, its really warm and thick as the product description, and the touch feel is price-match, maybe even more. I bought the gray-blue hood fleece jacket for myself, and I am not in Oklahoma. Its really awesome fashion, especial the color blocking. This accidental purchase experience is good, so I love amazon! It always has good things with a right price. Now I would love to try new brand like somewhere, not as a famous brand fan.

Amazon - Several orders for Christmas

I ordered myself a few pairs of pants for Christmas from Amazon, or whom ever the seller was. Two of the pair of pants were completely the wrong thing. There was no receipt in the packages when they came. I wanted to return them, but who was I to return the stuff to? None of the orders had a receipt in the package. So I had to keep the stuff. I also received a top 3 days ago that I didn't order. So I guess who ever has my card number, will keep sending me stuff and charging it, because I have no Idea where this stuff is coming from. Amazon needs to handle their 3rd party sellers better.

Now he is recruiting more investors into his *** Amazon business. He bragged that he is making $30,000 to $40,000 per month on Amazon business. This is not true! James Simao is lie about his business to steal money from all the investors.

Yes I would. I'm in the process of looking for a "New" smartphone.

I've been researching on line for my choice. I was looking at the Indigi brand. I've never heard of them and that's how I stumbled on this very informative and helpful review. I will not be purchasing that brand or from Amazon.

I have never researched the seller, just the product. For that Amazon rep to be so flippant about the customers concerns is uncalled for. And shows that they need to be retrained on "Quality" customer service. When I chose "NEW" on Amazons selections for unlocked phones, refurbished models came up as well.

There are 2 things that Consumer Reports tells you to never buy refurbished, phones and pc's. Thank you for the truthful review of the phone and the sellers. Once again buyer beware. And shame on Amazon for not standing behind you.

We may be little fish in their big pond; but there are a lot of us little fish in that pond.

As long as we talk about our experiences; good or bad, it'll make a difference. Good luck in the future to you.

I had unrecognized charge. Upon contacting amazon customer service, I got no help. I could tell they had information that could have possibly resolved this issue easily. Spoke to two people, one kept interrupting me and both really wouldn't help at all. I eventually hung up and disputed charge on visa card in effort to get some information from them. In the past, I had purchased lots on Amazon - probably no more after dealing with them. In addition, try finding a place on their site to give feedback to Amazon itself - good luck. But they are more than willing to have customers review the sellers on Amazon. Interesting.

A few nights ago I made a purr=chase on the Amazon site and the seller was a third party seller. I always check the My Orders soon after making a purchase and it was for the $6.16. Later I was checking My Order for another purchase and the price was changed to $15.16. This purchase came with free shipping. The original price on this item with a 23% discount was $7.99. So how could they change price on this $7.99 item and still say on their online page $6.16/free shipping and then to boot, they changed the price to an even $9.00 in a short amount of time. Contacted Amazon Support and made a claim and asked them if they have gotten any other complaints about SuperMart and was told they have none on record. I say BULL! I now feel lied to after going online today and seeing different sites with complaints about purchases made and too these purchases was through Amazon. Now how am I to believe in what they told me that they would put their investagaters on these and other purchase make the same evening to in the total amount of over-charges of $40.00 plus cents. Three days later and no reports from Amazon, nor emails. Of course, I've still not had any replies from my two emails to Supermart and still I have not seen any monies credited to my account. If you can't trust Amazon, you might as will not shop with them anymore.

Amazons rising prices and more and more fradulent sellers selling off brand items as name brand

i have called amazon about this many a time they do nothing i say do you amazon plan to crack down on these fraudulent sellers any time soon? i first asked that in 2012 and have has to ask it more times then i can count since then my biggest tift is a ps3 controller that came to me broken years ago and i sent it back and didnt get a refund from amazon or the seller this happened a few yrs ago and i checked the sellers reviews this yr and ALL OF THEM ARE BAD yet amazon allows them to remain on the site i have been slowing moving to ebay and other sites i used to love amazon their prices were always better then anywhere else now their prices are rising things that would be $30-$50 less on ebay or some other site is that much more on amazon amazon also will not let you leave detailed reviews so i stopped making reviews amazon actually emailed me and told me they will not allow my review for a phone i bought because it was too long OF COURSE IT WAS LONG and there were reviews longer then mine that got published amazon limits how many words you can put in a review which makes it impossible to get a truthful review anymore amazon also will not allow bad reviews anymore which is probably why there is a BOOMING amount of their sellers selling off brand junk as name brand 1 thing i am sick of is amazon has items reserved for PRIME MEMBERS ONLY and its the CHEAPER ITEMS or PRIME PANTRY because they think it will make people want to blow away $99 a yr on their site people dont have that kind of money in this economy so sorry amazon making items PRIME MEMBERS ONLY will not get you more prime members it will only lose you customers because people will get mad that you reserve the best priced items for people who have that kind of money to blow away and i hate that if i want a return to be free i have to have a way to PRINT the return sheet first off INK ISNT CHEAP second not everyone has a printer so what they can't mail the return receipt to you if you have no printer??????? i have been searching for an alternative to amazon because of their SOARING prices stores that i used to consider expensive now cost less then amazon and when you can get the best price you get off brand junk that breaks a week or a month later

AMAZON IS A CROOK! THEY STEAL FROM SELLERS!!!

I have been selling on Amazon for 2 years.I never had a problem until my sales increased and one of my buyers wanted to return an item. I agreed to a full refund upon receiving the item back.I always oped for Amazon to send the return authorization label.Rather than doing so they told the buyer to open a case against me.They never contacted me and told me to print the label nor did they tell me that they had suggested that my buyer open a case against me.When the buyer followed Amazons instructions and opened the case, it dropped my defect rating as a seller.At that point I deleted that particular item from my inventory and assured the seller a refund.That is when Amazon sent me an email suggesting that they had suspended my seller account.They informed me that I could appeal the decision. So I sent a total of 3 appeals informing them in detail that I did not even sell that item nor buy from that distributor.I also gave them a detail explanation of how I would become a ideal seller.I continued getting a computer generated email. I decided to contact Amazon personally on the phone to try and explain that I had not broken the agreement.Amazon customer service explained to me that the department in charge of the seller accounts did not have a phone system and there was no way to explain my side.The final email from them explained that I had been permanently deleted and I could not open another account nor could anyone in my household.They continued with explaining that they would be holding right at 6000.00 of my money for 90 days in the event that a return came up. This is a terrible way to do business.There is no way to even talk to a representative.They are also not even concerned about your rating until there is a large sum of money involved.I kept my end of the agreement but I can not explain this to a computer.I have a copy of all emails mentioned in this explanation.

Totally screwed by amazon!!

I was a seller and had two accounts. Both accounts Amazon closed and never gave a reason why even after 20 emails and about 100 phone calls to customer service( which is just a bunch of over sees employees that hardly speak English and are reading from a script when they tell you to email the seller performance team). They owe me thousands of dollars that I am convinced I will never see. They won't answer any of my emails demanding an explanation. I think they just kept the money they owe me so they can invest it and make themselves money. I wish some big *** attorney would take them on but nobody will because Amazon has their own planet of attorneys and no one could win against them. The bottom line is they do what they do because no one will stop this giant!! I have no problems selling on Ebay!
