I shop with Amazon a lot and I have always gotten what I ordered.The purchase has always been correct and The amount of time of delivery is outstanding.Maybe you should pay closer attention to what you are ordering because I have never not once had a problem with anything that I ordered from Amazon.Amazon I love you guys,Keep up the good work.I also do their reviews and They are always shown exactly as stated.What your problem is I really can't say,But I do know that Amazon is Excellent in their services.And I have never been Banned from their reviews.

Whenever I have a problem with a product or service that is purchased on Amazon, I try to post a realistic, truthful, and very descriptive review of what happened. Unfortunately, Amazon allows mostly "favorable" reviews to be posted. Any time someone tries to post a 1 Star or negative review, it get bounced. Just about all of my 1 Star reviews never made it on their web sites. Amazon is definitely and artificially prevaricated toward positive reviews only. This makes their reviews ungenuine and falsified. The buyer does not have a true picture of what they are getting on Amazon. Be careful - and read independent reviews only not just those posted on Amazon.

Amazon - Car Seat Review from New York, New York

I order a Phil&Ted car seat from Amazon. Which order thru a third party. FedEx lost the car seat. So I called Amazon. Instead of calling the third party to get me a new car seat which is need ASAP because my grand baby is due soon. They gave me a refund which depending on your bank take 7-10 business day. To make things easy for me the customer they could have call the company to order a new car seat instead of giving me a refund to reorder the car seat again which Amazon is now sell but at a higher price. This is not how you fix a issue that is not the customer fault. So now because the car seat is still needed I have to wait to get my refund to order the item again but pay more for. Amazon this is 2015 update your system to make things easier for the customer especially when it not their fault. This is bad customer service. I will buy the car seat straight from Phil& Ted. You just lost a very good customer.

Wait till this person finds out it is not a refund to the bank. They will receive a credit to their amazon account - which has to be spent at amazon.

So you got your money back and the seller was out a car seat. You expect more? Your real complaint should be with fedex or with yourself waiting to the last minute for something you knew was needed for months.

Twice now, I've accepted an Amazon HIT that asks one to go to a site and fill out a form to "just to test that everything works smoothly before we release it." It claims that you must use your real information because it's testing the ability of the software to distinguish between real and fake information. You're supposed to fill out a page or so and then get to a sentence that reads "Coke and Pepsi are now ******* " and fill in what it says in the stars to complete the HIT. But you never get to such a page. What you HAVE ended up doing is genuinely signed up for their site and all their "offers," in violation of Turk policy by "requiring disclosure of the Worker's identity or e-mail address, either directly or indirectly" and "requiring registration at another website or group." I have reported them multiple times to Amazon, yet they continue to re-post essentially the same HIT.

Phone Review

I bought a brand new phone from amazon that COMPLETELY stop working within a month. Amazon advised me that their warranty only covers 14 days and did absolutely nothing to fix it. I will never buy another product from them again.

Amazon is completely corrupt and they will use FRAUD and DECEIT to STEAL money from you any way they can! Beware! Don't Buy or SELL. Amazon, almost always will suspend seller's accounts when they get enough money to hold, and they WILL definitely hold your money for at least 90 days more, just by claiming that you have somehow violated one of their convoluted rules, even though they won't give you any valid or specific reasons to support their claim, just the mere statement that you have, without even considering that their "team" has made any mistakes, or allowing a verbal discussion at all, with those that make these policy decisions. This is definitely a corrupt action on Amazon's part to keep and earn more interest off your funds, before you get them, even though you're being forced to suffer without anything, after you have already delivered your item(s) that were paid for, and funds were received by AMAZON already, and sold over 21 days ago, you don't get a cent of your money, then to top that hold off, your selling privileges are revoked under false pretenses by Amazon so they could keep your money another 90 days, even though everything was and/or would have been delivered on time, had it not been for their Slander and fraudulent account holds to begin with. BOYCOTT Amazon. They don't deserve your money or your time. THEIR KARMA IS COMING!

Amazon - Fraud

Fraud is a strong word, but how else do you describe a company that definitely knows you returned an item because they sent the wrong thing; refunds your money and then waits for a month and re-charges you for the item. They say you didn't return it, but the tracking page on your account says that they did receive it more than a month ago. And, customer service - they were no help. Person laughed and said "you caught us". Was that supposed to be funny? How many people haven't "caught" them and have paid for things they never received or how many double charges for items.

Amazon uses criminal tactics and fraud in order to steal and keep seller's funds longer, so Amazon can continue to collect interest on the money that they were supposed to release to the seller. They are completely CORRUPT and will stop at nothing to steal as much money as they can by lying, committing slander and withholding funds without ANY true or valid explanation and will ignore all inquiries for a legitimate explanation of why they have done this.

My advice is Don't EVER become a SELLER, with this company. You will definitely be ripped off, and defamed without TRUE reasons.

I will be filing criminal charges and reporting them as well, very soon.

Amazon - Text Book Review from Ambler, Pennsylvania

My daughter is a college student who ordered a text book from Amazon or Apex. On November 27, my daughter was diagnosed with brain cancer and has been fighting it every since, therefore not allowing us to send the text book back on time. Without knowledge of the situation I went to get my daughters medicine and the card was declined, I was charged the full price of the book which I did not have and neither did my daughter. I called Amazon telling them I do have the book and I am willing to send it back for my daughter and I also let them know what was going on and they told me there was nothing they could do. I had to borrow money to get my daughters medicine. I do not want anyone to feel pity for me but I think this is unfare and I will make sure she never orders another text book or anything else from Amazon again.

Some "new" items on Amazon are not exactly new

Amazon has increasingly relied on 3rd-party sellers who sell through Amazon Marketplace and use Amazon for order fulfillment. According to one report, 3rd-party sales account for 40% of Amazon's unit sales. I recently bought a "new" Lenovo Thinkpad laptop, and when I registered it with Lenovo I discovered that it had only 230 days left on its one-year warranty. That's because the 3rd-party seller had purchased it retail many months earlier, which started the warranty clock ticking. Normally when you buy a new product from a company like Staples or Best Buy you expect to get a full manufacturer's warranty that starts on the date of purchase. So "buyer beware" when you think you're buying a "new" product on Amazon.

Amazon - Rug Review from Hollywood, Alabama

Ordered a rug from Amazon and recieved the wrong one. I was understanding as I know accidents happen. Then I called the rep for an exchange and he told me that the rug was actually out of stock. This took me by surprise because I feel they should have known that before shipping. I believe they sent me this one in place of the one I wanted because they didn't have the other. He kept asking questions like was I sure it was the wrong one and how did I know as if I was lying or ***. I knew by the picture. The one I ordered was green with a distinct pattern in the center. This one was red and gold and covered in bears. He looked up my order and sure enough the serial numbers on the rug were different like I told him. He then says he's going to order a pick up ticket from UPS to come by and pick the rug up. Then stops and asks, wait is it too big for you to drop by UPS? I said of course it is. Plus we live in a very rural area. The closest UPS service is an hour away. I told him he would have to issue a pick up. I feel he should've issued one without question since it was Amazon's fault I recieved the wrong item to start with. He then went on to tell me that I should understand that I wasn't going to be refunded till the rug was recieved by Amazon. I never asked to be refunded before they recieved the item. I asked when UPS would be here to pick it up and he said he didn't know. That it could be the coming Monday, this was on a Friday, or it could take longer. He told me just to tape a note to it and stick it outside. Good thing I have a covered porch. He never apologized for the mix up or for them sending an item I didn't order. I now have the hassle of sending and making sure the item gets back to them so I can get a refund. I feel like he tried to deter me from returning the item with his questions and suggestions that I drop it by UPS instead of doing the courteous thing and issuing a pick up to start with. Before hanging up I asked if he was sure he didn't have any I could exchange it for and he curtly said, no Amazon doesn't but we have other sellers that do. You are free to order from them but if I had one to exchange it with I told you I would've. His attitude was really condescending. After hanging up I tried to leave a review about my experience on Amazon's site. I never used any foul language and only reviewed my experience with their rep. I was contacted this morning and told they couldn't post my review because of several guidelines which none of them applied to my review. I didn't swear or use derogatory comments. They then went on to say they don't delete critical reviews. They must mean critical of products because if you are critical of your service at Amazon it will not be posted or at least mine wasn't. I am a Prime member and have shopped at Amazon a long time. I have had a couple of items arrive broken and actually had a book arrive with something spilt all over it but each time I have offered to return the items for exchange and the reps have been very understanding. Many more experiences like this and I won't be using them anymore. You do have to be careful what you buy here because some of the stuff that comes direct from Amazon can be damaged hence the book I ordered came from them not a seller on their site. I'm just really aggravated about the whole situation.
