Wrong address

It was just sent to the wrong address it wasn't super bad but I was refunded for the item and have had no issues after that it's a great business and I appreciate the how they handled the situation no arguments no person on the phone with a attitude just great customer service I commend u and thank for your great service

I Twice i have tried to buy blue jeans on try before you buy and im glad i did because i ordered 31 w.36 l Levi's and both times i received 36w.and32 l.and both times they were the wrong color as well!! I will not be buying jeans from Amazon any longer

About money coming out of my account

Double billed for same item

I have resolved the issues that were at hand. I received the second item that I was billed for and hadn't received. So the double billing was an issue when there was no record of the items I had paid for by credit card. all is good. Thanks

Unable to use gift card

I'm not able to make payment with gift cards. And I have spent over one hour to have the issue solved but get not get someone to help. Chatting person said transfer me to another person to help me but I have to pay for it. Why amazon customer service is like this?
