So this particular discount is if you have and EBT/Medicare card. Obviously that's a good idea for me and everyone else who qualifies. My issue is that you have to do monthly payments. It doesn't make sense. No one knows why it is. I paid in full for the regular membership the found this. I just don't feel comfortable with this type of payment form and think Amazon should have more options.

Received a damaged item contact Amazon immediately. Requested amazon resend item that was broken.

Representative was very nice and stated that I discard the broken Item and new item would be sent. Days later received an email from amazon stating that I needed to return the damaged item or get penalized with the cost of the item.7/15/19 Called amazon and informed the rep that I was told to discard the damaged item. Joseph (rep) told me he resolved the item in the computer. I should not have received that email, and I would not be charged a dime.

On 7/19 received notice from amazon that the cost of the item was deducted from my account. "Very upset!" Called amazon AGAIN spoke to Carlos (rep) Carlos stated that he resolved the issue and that Joseph, the previous rep didn't have the authority to resolve the this issue. (what?) So the rep basically lied to get me off the phone. 7/22 had not received any notice of a refund and the charge was still on my account.

Called Amazon for the fourth time and asked to speak to a supervisor. Gaby answered. Complained to Gaby about the amazon order. Gaby said she fixed the problem, apologized and gave me the cooperate apology!

.I would receive the refund in 3-5 business days... amazon didnt take 3-5 business days to steal the money from my account! Is the problem resolved? Who knows, reps Joseph and Carlos said the same thing and the issue was never entered to be fixed.

I have spent too much money through Amazon to be lied to and and wasted too much time to resolve this issue. Again Amazon stole the money from my bank account. WTF is going on with amazon?

This should not have happened. Extremely poor services and liars!!

Amazon has the USPS delivery alot of their packages and the reliability of the post office is not that good. I have had packages from Amazon show up as delivered when, in fact they weren't.

They were either delivered to someone else up the street or, sometimes actually delivered the next day or even two. If you query Amazon regarding delivery problems, they admit that packages sometimes will say "delivered" but really won't be for a day or two---a perfectly reasonable method of delivery if you are a government agency, but complete nonsense if you have half a brain. The person actually ordering the package is the one to complain about non-delivery and also can dispute the credit card charge if the package isn't delivered in a couple or three days---whatever time Amazon says to wait before complaining.

Luckily, my neighbors are honest and we always deliver to them any mis-delivered packages or mail by the USPS. Bottom line: don't bet your life on actually getting any package from Amazon as promised as long as the post office handles the deliveries.

Waste services and cheap movies in prime videos | Amazon review

Amazon prime membership is a waste service and of money you don't even get good movies in prime video. apart from that they don't have 90% movies that are listed in IMDB. We need prime membership only for watching movies and series. Where we get quality content in Netflix and Hotstar. really this is a not satisfied service. Don't opt for the service is my opinion.

just happened to me too as far as delivery, rude and lazy. would not walk up 8 outside steps to hand me small package.

I was literally standing in door and ask him to bring it up because of a foot injury. he looked at me and put package on railing and walked away back to rented truck. Then on Amazon website it stated package was handed to the customer which was an absolute lie. packages are misdelivered all the time between my condo and the one below.

This was a first however that the delivery person just left the package on an outside railing. I complained and I do not want this person again around my condo so I likely will not do any business with amazon

Florida company lied to me about the processing and shipping dates. Almost 2 weeks late on everything from what they said. T hen when packsge arrives it is not what I ordered. Contact Amazon who emails company and turns it back to me to deal with. Company then says it will take a couple of days to email a return. Meantime they have had my money for almost a month. Contact Amazon again and NOTHING. Guess I just got screwed.
