Delivered a broken jigsaw!!!

I got my jigsaw excited to test it out. Locking system was stuck or broken cause it wouldn't turn on then they tell me I have to pay to have it picked up if I don't wanna drop it off at UPS. This company is a joke watch what u buy and customer service was treating me with disrespect.

Unable to return item

Contacted seller several times, and contacted Amazon several times, and we will not pay shipping to return a broken lift chair that never worked when received. We are 7 weeks in to this without a resolution, and the seller just gives us the runaround endlessly. Amazon wants us to ship it back without supplying a shipping label. The return shipping costs are more than the item is worth. I will be using social media to let people know that Amazon won't resolve this.

Poor customer service as usual

I got nothing but runarounds with having to repeat myself. I will wait until I receive my order before I believe this company follows through on anything. I have NEVER had an order that has been completely correct and last year had ordered cancelled by Amazon 2 days before Christmas. Complaining, being nice or being nasty there is no difference.

They always and I mean always take back money from your Amazon store card account if you pay your bill in full.that is the worst business practice I have ever seen .they also say they don't charge until item has shipped.that also wrong.they will say it's shipped and when it's about to be delivered they'll send a email saying they need to change a form of payment.company has no ethics.

I bought a Xmas yard stake for $25. It was so cheap it broke into pieces it was not as described either. I just threw away the pieces. But Ive talked to 11 people at Amazon who refuse to refund cause I threw away. Then I found a piece in garbage. Took a picture and sent to seller. They are both still refusing my refund. Im so angry. It was a piece of sh*^ and they refuse to refund. This has never happened to me before.

This company advertises on Amazon for men's winter coats, and not cheap...ordered 1 and waited..no prod, tracking said p/u but running late. Called customer serv at Amazon and they reordered when it didn't show 48 hrs after exp arrival. Waited again, didn't show and tracking says lost in transit, already knew Amazon wants you to wait 48 hrs aft supposed sched arrival and req a ref of which they say 2-4 hrs up to 24hrs to be ref. I reminded them they take it in 5 sec I shouldn't have to wait to get mine back. Pioneer Camp is a lost cause and Amazon should NOT allow them on their website.
