Bought 2 bucket chairs from them at $484.00. They came and I opened one and noticed they were the wrong color and poor quality. So tiny only a very small kid would fit. No padding made then like sitting on a rock so I asked for a refund. They offered me $32.01 back. I am serious. They called this restocking fee's. I have asked for all of my money back and will keep you posted here as they have 48 hours to respond. Next is the B.B.B.

I saw indication on Amazon that my order was delivered by USPS on Sunday 01/18/24 and left in my mailbox. Checked my mailbox and it was empty, checked neighbors and nada. I tried calling your Customer Service and in 4 or more attempts NEVER reached a live agent! That is NOT Customer Service!! My order finally arrived today but Im still wanting a live agent but CANNOT get through the auto version. I may cancel my Prime Membership as I dont want deliveries through the USPS ever again, ONLY THE PRIME DELIVERY DRIVER!!!

Major Difficulties

I have gone to our local Apple Store FOUR TIMES trying to get my locked iPhone opened. Time #1- Was told I needed proof of ownership, went home.

Time #2- Took proof of ownership paperwork to The Apple store. Was told the request had been placed and service would be resumed in a few minutes. The technician walked off, I went home. Two hours later no service.

Time #3- At the Apple Store, the technician reviewed my case, made a few changes, and said I would have to pay my phone off, then service would be resumed in 2-3 hours. I paid off the phone off, (~$230.00!) I went home. Next day, no service. Since I hadnt received service after THREE TRIPS to our local Apple Store, I asked a neighbour to help me.

She was very knowledgeable about Apple Stuff.) She called and talked at length to a technician who again, said she had sent in all of the information and I would receive an email that would inform me of their decision whether I would or wouldnt receive my service. By now, my very agitated neighbour, asked when the email would arrive. She was told that they had no idea when the email would be sent, that they had no way getting that information.

End of call. I received an email from Apple yesterday, they gave me a new case number, but at the same time, told me that the case would not be resumed,,, I called Apple Support earlier today and canceled the phones service.

User's recommendation: Make sure the technician is actually saying what they told you. When they are talking, setting things up, don’t let them walk off or even turn around, Be in their face, listening to everything they say.

Noise complaint

The employee parking lot and people blaring their radio's on breaks and lunch. It has been ok so far thank you. I live 200 feet from the building so between the radio's and the exhaust brakes on semi trucks it's loud. There is also a lot of accidents on Couzens Street and 10 mile also.
