I couldn't get past the initial message l didn't receive my package I think my package was stolen and was a Xmas gift . I didn't receive a text or email that it was being delivered the initial information said it would be delivered 12_22_24.I would like this problem to be resolved.What can I do to get this fixed asap.

Amazon has been very spotty about timely informing me about canceled orders
Recently, I ordered two e-cards/gift cards but evidently the email was incorrect. However, Amazon never notified me of its inability to deliver the ecards.
I only discovered the error myself when contacting the recipients to confirm receipt.
When I tried to contact Customer Service, it took me over 10 minutes to get to a human. I will say once I spoke to the human, the issue was rectified.

Advertize much better to the public. Bring down computer cost items like adobe with all accesses to update documents.

I received half of my order which I waited for delivery for more than a week that sat at FedEx facility all this time only to receive half of my order.

The call was excellent. Professional and courteous and resolved my matter. I'm happy that at anytime l can call and resolve any issue if website can not.

Wanted to see how much total we have spent on Prime Y-T-D 2024. None of the instructions on google or you tube work.
I ordered a data report but its a jumbled mess does not have totals for each year. Opened a chat with someone and they sent me to some who wanted me to pay. Then I called the posted customer service number and no answer it sent me here. I cant believe there is no way to get a simple summary total!
I am sight impaired so this isnt easy. WHY do they not a customer service number so sight/hearing impaired?

Where is my package
My packages I had 3 and only got one where are they??? I am packing and needed those and I am a prime customer but I wont be after Christmas you have always been the best but not anymore

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the delivery driver consistently failing to follow the instructions provided for my orders. This issue has occurred more than 25 times, with deliveries being made to my neighbor's house despite clear instructions to deliver to my address.
Each time I report the issue, no corrective action appears to be taken. Given the frequency of this problem, I request that this matter be escalated to the highest level of management for immediate attention. If this issue continues, I will unfortunately have to reconsider my business with your company, as it has become increasingly frustrating. Could you please advise what steps will be taken to ensure this does not happen again?
I am hopeful that customer service will take a more proactive approach to resolving this ongoing problem. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.
Preferred solution: I want ALL my delivery's to be delivered to the RIGHT ADDRESS AND NOT MY NEIGHORS and for it to be completely resolved and not happen again. I feel like over 25 report on this matter is to much

I ended up not purchasing the items when I determined shipping charges could not be removed. These posted charges almost doubled to price of the product.
