The person who first answered my call hung up on me after the wait for assistance. I never reached anyone at Amazon.
discussed with tech but had to explain the issue repeatedly. the first one hung up on me.
Never reached Amazon Customer Service. Do their job and listen. Person who answered was rude and disconnected the call.
Package delivered at 10 o’clock at night woke the whole house up very rude for a company to do that
Amazon could not deliver my packages after five or 6 o'clock at night. We do go to bed.
We're old, and I do not like being woken up by some unmarked car pulling into my yard with the headlights on at 10 o'clock at night, waking the whole house up. It's ridiculous that a $1 trillion company can't hire a real delivery service. They deliver through some young people who don't have any respect for other people sleeping. It's ridiculous.
I spent thousands of dollars at this company every year, probably 5,000 or more a year, some years more. It's absolutely pathetic waking me up at 10 o'clock at night to deliver a little bitty package.
- Hiring somebody who would deliver packages after six or seven in the evening pathetic
Preferred solution: I would like an apology which it probably wouldn’t mean nothing to whoever apologized to me, but I would like never to have a package delivered after six or 7 o’clock the latest in the evening pathetic
User's recommendation: I hope this Amazon company whoever they hire to deliver their packages. Do not wake anybody else up. We do need our rest and our sleep to perform the next day at work.

Cannot get help from a customer service Person about a return. I got connected to a human customer service and was disconnected after explaining my issue and they verified my account.
I tried reconnectingto them and cannot get through. Issue is too complicated for messages.
I have worked on trying to get this cleared up for at least several hours. WORST complicated return service I have ever used.

They said they attempted to leave my package and try again. I have been sitting here for a while.

Complications
Amazon could not deliver my package today because I didn't have a code that was never given to me. So I didn't receive something I paid for because of that.
I am not happy at all. Can this issue be fixed? Maybe redeliver an I can show ID? Thank you.

Problems with returning item
Charging me for an item that has been returned.
I was told the issue has been resolved a few months ago & now they are charging me.
