I have a lot of charges on my credit card . I buy one thing and there's 15 charges . Most of what gets taken off my card is amazon.

Prime movies not working

I feel that it is unjust to charge a Prime customer more money for other movies. Netflix has new movies, but they are all free to view. This is not a just policy. Prime is not enjoyable if new releases have to extra. The other movies on the list are practically the same at times to view. So what are we paying for? I called on July 21 2020 because i forgot my password and couldnt get onto account. Im 63 and had a very hard time understanding the agent. She asked me my email address, phone number, address etc and the last three items i had purchased from amazon. I told her i had to check my bank statement, which i did, and read off the dates and amounts. Then she says I failed the test and my account was blocked! I demanded to talk to a supervisor, and she started laughing at me, laughing! I was so humiliated! I hung up and called again, fortunately I got a nice person who walked me through it. There was no way for me to get her name or talk to a supervisor which is unacceptable!

User's recommendation: With type of agent its better to hang up and call back. Amazon needs to let customers speak to a supervisor when this happens.

Fake seagate harddisk delivered

I ordered a seagate 1tb harddisk on 17 june 2020 and it stopped working after a month. Seagate warranty check cannot identify the product. It said on amazon website that the product is branded but its not. This is fraud.

I was "automatically subscribed" because of a shipment choice I requested and when I was charged $14.03 I was very confused and upset by it when all I did was update my card information. I wanted a refund and I'll be receiving it but it'll take 5 to 10 business days to receive (which on it's own is upsetting).

Over several months I had some emails asking me to "verify credit card or payment information" saying they were from Amazon, I did not open them as the looked suspicious. Credit card company told me they had hundreds of calls for "fishing" claiming to be Amazon but they were not. Beware.

Amazon charge on my debit card, I do not have an Amazon account, it was closed a long time ago. I did not order anything. I cannot reach anyone at Amazon, called many times, on hold over an hour. Cannot log into their site as I do not have an account. I filed a dispute with the bank but that can take weeks to months. My debit card is now closed. Cannot reach a real live person at Amazon. I can't say their service is bad, I can just say that they have none.

Details
This is the third time my package is left in the mailroom of my senior apartment. Thus is not a secure area. Signs say do not leave packages. I am a senior. I have mobility issues and have to find someone to get package. I have in my instructions either leave at my door or dont deliver at all.
