Details
First of all I’m upset because you can only give review on an order you received. I ordered a set of 8 security cameras which included the hard drive and then ordered some add on cameras. The additional add on cameras were delivered and the set of 8 were scheduled, then rescheduled. When the day came for the 8 that had been rescheduled, I received an email of sorry your order has been canceled and you’ll have to go through the third party co. to purchase which was $500.00 more. Now I have these additional cameras but not the 8, plus the hard drive. My Amazon account doesn’t show I even ordered it so can’t complain. Their contact help can’t see anything so they’re no help. I hope this complaint will go back to Amazon executives and fix the problem.

I had a product to be delivered in 1 business day for a special occasion - I live in Los Angeles -- can't be that hard to get things in Metro area delivered. All of the items came LATE, except 1 -- which is now lost. They provide fake tracking numbers! When I chat -- I get no answers -- only that we switched tracking #'s, but cannot give them to you. When I call, they say they cannot find that they even changed tracking numbers. WTF

Amazon sucks at delivering their own packages, it's terrible!

After calling amazon 3 times in 4 days about a package, they gave me $20 worth of credit. When I checked on package tracking it had it marked as "directly delivered to resident", which was odd since I wasn't there. After calling them again, they offered to send a replacement. Then told me if both packages show up I would be charged twice unless I ship one back to amazon. I have never heard of a company screwing up so royally then warning the customer they would punish them by charging them double for not doing their job!
