Amazon closed my account for misuse but no explanation what misuse as I ordered and paid for my orders and therefore don't have a clue why. At least one paid for item not received because of this.

Missing package

Greetings to you all, it is a heavy heart that l have to write to you pertaining a package that l ordered on your platform amazon Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra, 128GB,Cosmic Black-Fully unlocked(Renewed) order number(112-052****-390****)

I ordered this phone on the 13th of January 2024 and it was supposed to be delivered on the 22nd of January 2024, l never received this package, after 2 weeks of searching it l then engaged your customer service associates

Despite all the efforts of charting with them they all promised me refund within 5-7 days which never happened, they then ended up referring me to the seller and the seller referred me back to Amazon saying l must file A-Z claim of which l did but then it was denied for reasons l dont know

Right now everytime l try to ask about this lm told the same story but this dont change the fact that l ordered a phone and fully paid for it and it was never delivered,

Noone was interested into investigating as to what happened to this package

Im am really hurt and disappointed, l was excited into receiving this package and it never arrived, l regret the day l ordered this phone

I still have not heard anything from Amazon as to why my gift card was not authorized to use. The person I spoke to initially ( who did try) but said he would have to escalate it as he could find no reason. He said Amazon would contact me and that was last Tuesday it is now Monday.

They use cheap tape and it put twenty seven holes in my wall. When it arrived there were black marks but I thought it was the film, At once I took the film off.The mirrors were black and blurry.

About a prime charge that I cancelled for march

I had $92 credit that I was using one one order then I purchased, then I purchased something else and was paying using a different method, Amazon went in and used my credit that I had already used and left the money that I was paying on my second purchase in my personal account untouched, I was very angry when I called Amazon they kept taking about the credits I had already used. I order quite a bit from Amazon I didnt like what they did to me and they should be more cautious about the charges make especially changing payment methods without peoples permission that is not right and then call it a backup payment if it had been my checking account you would have caused my checks to be returned. Then there.would have really been a problem.

Horrible! The item was not delivered, and I'm still waiting for the refund. They failed to get in touch with the driver who most likely stole my item and simply stated that it was delivered when no picture was provided and nothing was delivered.
