Charging 10 months of Prime Membership without my autorization!!!!

Amazon Prime charged me at least 10 months for their Membership without asking me. I noticed 2 weeks ago and cancelled the unwanted subscription. I requested a refund twice already for those months and they declined to do so.

User's recommendation: Always be caousios when buying there. Other places are more impeccable like Ebay.

2 orders lost and theie site says go find it yourself! Worst cistomer service EVER!

When your order doesn't get delivered, they tell you it's your responsibility to go find it yourself!

Battery died in 2 months

battery died in just 2 months of use. after several weeks of trying to get something done I contacted pissed off amazon and the bbb then the company came thourgh and has sent me a new battery which seems to be working fine

Delivery of a wrong item

I am actually not pissed! LOL Just wanted to report an item that was delivered to our home by mistake. The large item a soft mattress was for a person one town over. It was delivered to our home with the rug we ordered. Able to converse with a customer service agent and will put it out for pick up in the am.

Late return for culligan filters

Unexpected possible charge

Fact that there may be a possibility of an unauthorized charge to my account. Ms Mattie was exceptionally helpful wen helping me & assuring me there was no charge. I had already checked my online account but she assured me there was no charge. Especially over $900! And definitely not an iPhone!

Charged for membership

I have an acct got a different phone and lost my acct info. So I made an acct under my husbands name. Am I going to be charged for 2 accts every month and we are Prime under the Snap program. HELP!!!
