Spoke with Shawn he was no help whatsoever did not know what he was doing. I have to recall back and try to take care of an issue where I received half of my order. I ordered 3 sets I only received 3 tops And not the Curtains them selves.

User's recommendation: Be careful what you order through Amazon customer service is not help and it is not a service.

My order

i didn't receive my package couldn't get into pod that was in the rear of convenient store the candy was in pod for too long and i think it malted please reach out for my refund so i can try to get deliverd to my home address couldnt get the code to phone to open pod box it was very hard for me to get help so that i could get order

Received call about fraudulent activity

Wanted to let Amazon know of fraudulent activity. I was contacted by phone about an order I never made stating my account would be billed for $1,004.86. I informed them I don't have an account. They had all my information. Called Amazon and confirmed I don't. I provide the phone number I was contacted from.

My taco shells I received were crushed inside the boxes because you packed them in an envelope instead of a box for safety the envelope was also ripped its not returnable or replaceable so I just wasted my 12 or 13 dollars not appreciated and I cant get anybody to answer the telephone it hangs up on me as soon as I call the number that supposed to be monitored 24 seven every single day Im a prime customer I purchase a lot of things from you and Im really unhappy with this item today Ive ordered before and it was fine but today was crushed

Calcium pills, order # 113-180****-979****, were at the post office and they told me I needed to pay $13.50 in order to get them. I had already cancelled them with Amazon on Aug 4, so I refused them and the po sent them back to the seller. So I've been charged $20.38 for pills I never received. This is unacceptable. I want my money back!

I couldn’t get where I needed to be…confusing!

I had my debit card hacked! So I needed to get to Customer Service or somewhere where I could put in my new card. First of all, I couldnt get to a support person to explain. It took me almost 2 weeks to finally resolve the problem! Thats not the kind of service I expect from Amazon!
