Amazon - HACKED FROM INDIA
I would be very careful using Amazon. A user in India has hacked my account, changed the settings, locked me out and had refunds for all my recent packages sent to them via a gift card. Complaining / fixing this is incredibly difficult as firstly both message and call center are the only options ( no email). You may speak to multiple people. ( NO OVERSIGHT or REPORTING ) I am still in the middle of all this and trying to find out if the damage is really bad, but I dont really need an excuse to leave Amazon. Advice to you- dont keep cc stored, change passwords frequently, use 2 step, check your junk mail. Their customer service blows CHUNKS.
Amazon - Delivery
On January 6 the delivery driver that delivered my item was rude. She rung my buzzer to tell me she had a delivery for me and when I was trying to tell her I was going to buzz her in to come deliver it at my door which wasn’t too far from where she was, she decided to ignore me and just left my item in the entry way of the apartment building where it could have gotten stolen.
Amazon seller account fraud
They took $39.99 from my bank account then refused to establish a seller account and will not refund money. I have been fighting with them for four months

Amazon - Technical Suppot Team Fails
Echo Plus & Dot - The "Arrives and Departs" Routines fail. The logs do show my phone leaving and arriving past the 'Geo Fence' and the Routine commands are issued. However, those commands don't perform the task. Complaints to Amazon CS result in lame-ass excuses and promises of a 'fix' would be coming soon. ONE MONTH LATER and no fix. Provided a poor review rating on Amazon only to have Amazon reject that review. Manipulation of customer reviews?

Amazon - PRIME KUNG FU MOVIES
Hi my name is Bedelia Hilburn I have been a customer for 8 years. I am writing because I am so frustrated with the great Kung Fu movies you have added but they are not dubbed in English. We see Thai, Mandarin, Chinese, Brazilian, Portuguese, everything except Swahili and English, "Raid the Redemption" is a prime example please update this great movies. Amazon - Address verification
I placed 2 orders: Order #112-9613836-7205804 Order #112-9487911-4056236 on very same day Jan 17th 2019 from very same account email@example.com and paid for both by very same credit card ending in **70. One order was fulfilled (shipped, delivered and price deducted from my credit card) and the other was put on hold because of billing address verification. I submitted last credit card statement as required, even I wrote explanations. Besides it makes no sense, it makes no sense. I think only problem is that one item from my other order is no longer available. It seems that Amazon uses billing address verification as cheap trick to avoid fulfilling my order. Is a shame.
