Prime membership

I got signed up for prime membership and I didnt even asked to be and now my bank account is in the negative. I would like to not be a prime member I didnt ask to be and Id like to be refund immediately!

They delivered the wrong package to my house I'm still waiting on my package

They said my package is being delivered today but another package showed up with the wrong address and I never got my package so Im sure they took it to the wrong house

I am being charged for items that were returned

Ups picked up two books.. from my house 9-10-21 and returned them to Amazon. I am being charged even though items were returned. I was contacted by Avon when they received the items.

The wax I ordered it does not stick to pull the hair out. I am going to return that wax. You can check it to test it.

I ordered wax and I saw it was for face so I didnt mind. The next day I try on my face and it didnt stick to pull my hair out. The wax should be tested cause after that I looked at the reviews there was lots of bad reviews.

Scary Voicemail

I received an Ominous Voicemail today saying something like someone has made a purchase of $1,800...something dollars...if I didn't make the purchase call .... I'm sorry I'm afraid I deleted the message...just wanted to tell you in case you've heard about it already...also if I don't call I'll be charged ...hope you can understand this junk...if they call again I'll save the message. Thank You

Missing package of lamp

I finally tracked my package down at a neighbors house several houses from mine. They had packages delivered that day, and I assume the driver mixed mine in with their delivery. Thanks for responding and doing a follow-up!

Delivery to wrong addres and driver after I told her twice just drove away

Rude, skinny, black lady driver delivered a heavy box to my address and it wasnt mine.I went to truck and told her twice and she walked away I told her again and she looked at me and drove away- I am 76 years old and could not lift the package and had To get neighbor to take it to proper address for me. She should be fired

Poor customer service

My Amazon account got hacked and someone purchased over 2600 dollars worth of stuff. When I called them they just told me to dispute it with my bank, and that there wasnt much they could do to help me get my account back I have been an Amazon prime member for many years and have purchased many kindle books and prime videos throughout those years and when I asked how I would get all that I have purchased back they said they couldnt do anything for me and that someone from the fraud department would call me in 1-2 weeks.

User's recommendation: Use a gift card instead of a debit card.

Charged for something that wasn't approved

My account is charged the same amount each other for an account I don't own. When I called and spoke to a representative, she specified that she was unable to assist me with my problem, as she was unable to tell me why my account was charged. When I asked her to speak with someone that could help me, she told me that there wasn't anyone that would be able to tell me anything different from what she had already told me, which I knew was BS.... All I want is for my account to stop being charged, and my money returned. I work hard for my pennies, with none to spare, and don't appreciate my possessions being taken without my permission. That is called stealing. REFUND REQUIRED!!!

User's recommendation: Having a prime account is very much beneficial until your bank account is charged for someone else's product with no explanation or recovery of funds.
