I have been ordered 20 pieces plastic eggs trays on 03.09.2020 for Rs. 6,800/= delivery date was 13.09.20 but I have not received the goods still 19.09.20. I have cancelled the order on 19.09.20 at night but I have not refund my money. So please you kindly refund my money as early as possible

Amazon has a problem and it's about to cost them a very good customer. Amazon sent an email regarding a suspicious log in, and it said if this was a valid log in, to disregard the email. It was valid, it was me, so I disregarded the email. What did Amazon do, they locked me out! Their system is obviously defective, and it will waste your time if they lock you out. To make matters worse, I called Amazon at the 800 number provided for account log in problems, talked to Daniela, she was rude, disrespectful, and no help.

Amazon Shipping Problems

I have had extreme problems with Amazon shipping in the last two years. I have had 9 orders that Amazon said were delivered, never show up, never got the products.On Amazon's site, the only options available assume you have received the product and want to return it for a refund. As far as I can tell, there is no customer phone number to talk to someone unlike most companies. The shipping companies they use, UPS, Fed Ex, USPS, and Amazon delivery, are probably the problem in that they either lose, steal, or deliver the products to the wrong location and then claim they delivered them. Amazon no longer offers options as to what delivery service you want to use.

User's recommendation: Buy your items at a brick and mortar store, a physical store if you can.

Account locked, no merchandise, no refund

At the beginning of September, I ordered over $100 worth of merchandise for my daughter's birthday event. Once my payment was processed, I received a notice that my email was locked. As a result I did not receive my merchandise, nor has my money been refunded. I have made many call to try to resolve the issue. My account remains locked and I want my money refunded ASAP. I spoke with a representative today and was told to be on the lookout for an email that would help me rectify the mistake. As of this moment no such email has been received. Someone opened an account under my name ,made fraudulent charges. I had to cancel my bank card and put stops on my credit cards because of this. Now Amazon has put ALL of my accounts on hold. It is sad that I am a victim, and Amazon is treating me like the criminals. If this is the way they do business I don't want to do business with them. SHAME ON YOU AMAZON!!!!
