The customer represented this purposely put wrong order numbers with different orders that we cannot get a refund back then they dragged their feet so it takes more than 7 to 10 days to get a decision made on our behalf so they're just dragging their butts on it and they use lawful customer service Representatives to do it and I'm getting tired of it I'm a doubting Thomas now I don't believe in the system until I see changes of improvement I've been burned too many times and I'm getting exasperated with it and I'm getting sick and tired of it

The box was torn, open completely at the top, and the contents were out of the package inside scattered throughout. This was ordered on Saturday, March 8. Usually there is a receipt inside of the box and it was missing. I really needed this for tomorrow. Im very disappointed. This is not the first time that Ive received damaged merchandise. I hope you can take care of me quickly. Thank you.

I contacted Amazon customer service on Dec 18th of a mysterious deduction of 16.23 taken out of my bank account , they said they didn't know why and would refund it - since then I've had no refund and at least once every couple days to deduct 16.23 out but my cards are locked, contacted numerous times no resolve and they continue to unexplained or refund my money. I contacted Amazon support on Jan 11. 2024 after another attempt at trying to steal 16.23 from my bank and asked to speak to a supervisor and was told they were too busy to take my call and to try again later- but they' re never too busy to keep ripping me or attempting to rip me or others off

I am writing this review on "PISSED CONSUMER" because I am PISSED OFF!!

I don't know what kind of games Amazon is playing, but I am.NOT having it!

I have been a customer of Amazon for several years now. And I have spent quite a bit of money with them.

Recently I have had some difficulty with however they do their billing etc. When you use a credit or debit card, they immediately charge your account to make sure the money is there. Then there is a 10 day(?) HOLD on that amount of money until Amazon finalizes it with the bank. THAT is where everything goes wrong.

They are changing the way they bill it or they are billing it under something different but when they finalize they are DENIED. Because the information they put in the first time does not match the information they are putting in to finalize it. So...in order for me to purchase from Amazon I have to add money to my gift card balance and use that. But if you return that purchase.

You cannot have your money back. It goes back to your credit balance. THAT itself is ridiculous and annoying. As I purchased 2 pair of leather boots for work and sent them both back.

If I find boots I want somewhere else, I have to come up with the money all over again, because my "boot money" is tied up.

So, due to their lack of sense billing procedures, they were unable to bill out my membership fees. Again, I don't know what their problem is. But it is just that...THEIR PROBLEM! So they have suspended my account.

I just spoke/chatted with "Customer service" (I use the term very loosely) who has informed me of the following:

They cannot turn my account back on.

They WILL NOT refund my credit balance.

And they cannot transfer my credit balance to the new account they say that I have to sign up for!

So!!! What do you do with THAT!? I HAD as of last night a balance of $136 and change. This afternoon it is $123 and change?

With no debits to my balance. Just another unexplainable mystery with Amazon. I asked the customer service representatives how we were going to handle this and if I was going to have to SUE Amazon. HE HUNG UP ON ME AND PUT ME BACK INTO QUEUE!!

Which would have resulted in me starting ALL OVER AGAIN! I can no longer seem to access the button for them to call me. When I go into the "Contact Us" section it is not there. It gives a laundry list of possible/potential issues one may have to contact them about.

But no actual way of actually calling them.

Honest to God! I have never seen such crazi ess! If you ask my opinion. This whole thing is SHADY AF!

And I am annoyed! My time is way to valuable to be wasting on this nonsense. Lord knows that I will NOT be compensated whatsoever for this mess that THEY created. Can you believe that he actually had the AUDACITY to offer me a free months worth of Prime service!?

Maybe where he comes from a $15.00 membership fee is good enough compensation for the $126.00 that they are trying to keep. But it does NOT FLY HERE!!

Now...I have to call them and speak to some NON-ENGLISH SPEAKING individual. Who the minute they don't understand or know how to answer you they hang up on you.

But where on earth do they get the nerve to THINK they can just keep your money? All due to THEIR negligence and ignorance!

Well...I am off to make that phone call!!

Wish me Luck. Better yet with THEM luck!

I cancelled this dog food since last April and Im getting billed $96.07 every other month since totaling $576.43. Ive cancelled it twice via phone call with customer service and they have walked me through how to unsubscribe multiple times. Last guy I spoke with says it was handled and that he would personally contact the 3rd party where the item was coming from to clear this up. I want my money back
