The time of wait, the result of the call and waste of time of the customers so that way the call is not to long but result is good for both the customer and the company who's selling the product, because I believed thats the purpose of having customer service's I will apologize, but I am not , because I will love you guys do better and the customer service

Problems with customer service and refund

2X since I signed up for Prime, I have returned items. I received emails that neither were received, even though 1 went back thru UPS n 1 thru Kohls.

I had receipts for both returns! I was refunded early on the 2nd return, then received an email from Amazon that I still had not returned either items. I called n after being transferred x3, finally a supervisor said items had been received but not logged by Amazon.I was refunded at that time. Last night I get another email that the money was once again pulled out of my bank acct.

for 1 of the items that was verified as returned.

I am angry n no one seems to have a solution. And no one I speak with says they dont know who to call to log in the items(??) I am angry!!!

I purchased an air conditioner compressor through Amazon. After having it installed on my car, I used it for two days and it destroyed itself.

After a grueling amount of time and at least 7 different amazon representatives, I was told that for a refund I needed to take a picture of the defective part with my name and date. Because of the fact that it is on my car, I guess the picture wasn't sufficient, so I was told that I had to send it back to get my refund. The part is an integral piece of my cars normal operarion and CANNOT be taken off without one to immediately replace it or my car won't run. (Part of the belt system) so now I can't get a refund on a defective item unless I go without a car for however long it takes to process the return, me order another and wait for it, then pay to have it installed.

This whole time I can't pay my bills because I don't have a vehicle to drive to work again.

THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!! I need my money back so that I can buy another part to replace the defective one and install it, then I can send the defective one back.

User's recommendation: DONT PURCHASE THROUGH AMAZON BECAUSE THEY WILL NOT HONOR DEFECTIVE ITEMS IN A WAY THAT HELPS THE CONSUMER. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOUR SMALL $200 BECAUSE IT IS INCONSEQUENTIAL TO THEM

What I ordered wasn't delivered , something totally different arrived no where near what was ordered. Dishwasher ordered, plastic cabinet of drawers delivered. Told to send it back, I gotta pay to send something back I never ordered.. I better get a refund for the shipping costs! I'm being punished for incompetence of others..total bs ..not a happy Amazon camper, don't know if I will ever use your service again. Asked for a human to contact me ...no such luck...727 768 **** or vergalitob@***.com after 9 am florida time.,your texting arrives at 5-530 am my time...I'm sleeping!

Delivery issues

Recently, my orders have been shipped by USPS instead of FED EXPRESS or UPS. Any large item does not get delivered! I get notice from in mailbox saying it couldnt be delivered and I have to drive to post office to pick up, often days late! Unhappy with deliveries.

I had a children's book published on Amazon. I was very pissed with the quality of how my book was printed. I contacted Amazon and asked them what their process is in book publishing. They stated that they published a book through KDP. They have very poor quality assurance. My books were never sent to me for approval, and the quality was very poor.

Not easy to talk to a person on phone. Also if I used my Amazon card to pay for items I returned the credit should be put back on same card. Not on a gift card. It also should not be so difficult to talk to a person by phone. Took me an hour to find phone number.

Amazon website order would not allow me to bypass the 30 free trial offer. Customer service said it was do to the product I ordered. B.S.! The website belongs to Amazon. They force people to accidentally into a "30 day free trial". Then your screwed if you are unaware of the auto carges that hit your credit card.

I place my order on Monday , amazon said I should receive it on Thursday . The site is saying I will receive them on Saturday. I need to wear it on Saturday morning. I have no use for them after that . I called three times to cancel no one can help me , because they cant verify my account. When I placed my order and amazon took my payments no one verified my account. You have my phone number , my email . This is annoying, I order almost every day from amazon. I would not have ordered if it was going to come on Saturday.

When ordering Amazon would not let me change card number

The web site never answered. They do not have a person who answers their phone. They have a message board. It gives you a picture of the guy and says they will response by 10 hours. Which they did not. I think they are doing something crooked. Maybe that is why they ate getting investigated by Congress.

Preferred solution: I want to be able to use my new Amex credit card, without prime coming up as my credit card.
