Cancelled item returns
I received a cancelled order today. It was from early October. Got lost in the mail so I cancelled and reordered. The cancelled item showed up today and I was already refunded for it. I called the Amazon phone number and talked with someone in customer service. I was told to keep the item and assured I wouldnt be charged for it. Not sure how I got on pissed consumer. I wasnt pissed just trying to find out where I go to resolve this issue.

Product problem
Last month I received a tea kettle electric that heated water fine for three weeks but then yesterday it still heated water but did not shut off thereby boiling out of control. Disconnected from wall socket. Let cool and tried again several times with same dangerous result. Called customer service and agent gave me a choice of refund or replacement. We chose replacement scheduled for delivery next week. Agent also explained to me how to use an Amazon gift card so that I could make a different new purchase. Excellent service today.

You have done nothing , littering is a 500 Doller fine, , pay me the fine. Is it your company policy to dump trash any place the driver wants ? If I threw trash on your property would that be ok , if yes , I have a LOT of trash to dump at will on your property , and I will .

Stolen packages
I still have not heard back on my request to replace my stolen item. Please let me know if the company is gonna replace it.. I can send footage of the theif stealing my package moments after delivered. A police report was filed also.
