I bought " A LOT" of items. And what does Amazon do??
They put my account on hold which means I can't access ANY of my orders and I've got 6 of them are due to coming today in a locker. And for that I need the access code to get into the locker. 24 hrs they tell me before they can even review my account!! That's total crap!
They take your money and then tell you this?
And now NOBODY in Customer service can do anything about it. I'm A VERY PISSED CUSTOMER

I was scammed out of $1100 from Noah Williams who claim to be a representative of Amazon. I received an email saying that a tv was on the way, so I called the number provided and he supposedly was going to fix the problem., but that did not happen.
Instead he took my money. It was all a scam.
Help!

Hi,
I am Adar from Singapore.
I'm not Amazon subscriber / not a member.
But, Amazon for billing USD 12.99 to my credit card on24th of every month over a year or more than that.
( refer to the attached pictures for your reference)
This is really ridiculous. We got no where to find to raise the complaint , there's no customer service for those lousy things.
I need you to look into it seriously and give back my $.
Or advise here how to file the report for misuse of the credit card account.

Supposedly there's an order for over 1,000 under my account that i did not place and don't want
i received a phone call saying that saying that a laptop and an iphone were purchased under my amazon account for over 1,000 dol. i never placed that order so i just want to make sure it doesnt go thru.

I called to say that all seniors should get the discounted
Amazon is offering Seniors half off the monthly fee. When I requested the discount, I was told only Seniors with Medicaid and Food Stamps can get the monthly discount. I think all Seniors have money problems, and that all Seniors should get the discount.

Damage item
The person was very helpful and caring in helping me to get my damage item. Only one thing I did not like was I went out and purchase something to return the item in because the original packing was thrown away, but when I got to Whole Foods they had to cut the packing and put it into a plastic bag which I was never told that that would happen.
overall I liked the customer service.
User's recommendation: Make sure you ask: do i need to put my damage item in a packaging, or can i take in as it, better yet called the place you will take the return to and ask them.

Verified ReviewerGood morning. I discovered I had multiple Prime accounts so I went to cancel one of them. Somehow still yet to be explained the wrong account was cancelled and I;ve not lost my entire video library.
I am being told that there is no way to restore it or bring back my library of movies, tv series, etc. This collection was over several years and close to $1,000.00 dollars in purchases.
Amazon cannot tell me what happened. They keep saying it is strange and should not have happened.
Their representatives are very nice on the phone and will promise you things to get you off the phone but after that although promised follow up you never hear from them again.
It gets more interesting as I have a household account linked to the missing account that is still working.
I either want someone to restore the account or give me a refund for purchases made. Amazon telling me sorry they are just gone is not acceptable.
