Damaged Merchandise
FedEx damaged by item when delivered because they didnt leave it on the porch they dropped it over the fence at the back of my property which I wish they would not have done that. So its damaged in places.

No more complaint my issue was resolved and was done so rather quickly and I appreciate it so Amazon still has my business and loyalty as i have theirs thank Amazon.
Item not received
Yes I ordered a pair of reebox shoes that I did not receive and so I tried to cancel and re ordered a different pair still haven't received them so I would like my money back or another pair of shoes please this ridiculous I am not satisfied with the company and I've spent a pretty good lil bit with the company

I am not a pissed customer,my problem is can't get in my account as I forget my mailing address and the code csr sent me link to verify account but can't open link on phone as it's not a smart phone i sent msg on email to cs-reply @***.com but says doesn't take email ie email csr gave me on phone so that has a msg sent a few days ago.

Late delivery and lost item
They do a pretty good job could do better on ther followup have had to call four times to get an issue resolved.
