I think my account been hacked!!

Received a call saying my Amazon account was being used for $1000.00. If I didn't make this purchase press 1. When I did this a foreign voice came on the line and asked for my password. I hung up.

I received a call that something has been ordered on my Amazon account. I do not have an Amazon account. I do NOT have an Amazon account if one has been created in my name it needs to be DELETED.

Locked out of account. I called once and Amazon said they emailed instructions to log back in and those instructions will not let me log back into my account. Also, quite a few items I ordered were charged to an American Express that has an expired date

Repeated failed delivery of electronics i.e. airpods

Since November 14 I have ordered airpods - Apple Pro and also Anker - multiple times from Amazon. NOT ONCE HAVE THEY BEEN DELIVERED. Yet repeatedly I got emails that said they were delivered - and their computer says lasership delivered to my "front door." My doormen have been here for 20 years they are saying NEVER DELIVERED and they say repeatedly, daily Amazon delivers packages belonging to another address to this location, Sutton Place, East River and 57th Street, NYC. After three tries, I re-ordered to the locker at Whole Foods down the street - got an email today 4 days after delivery date promised saying package lost. Amazon says this repeated non-delivery is a lasership issue..."something going on there." They have refunded me but it is apparent that Amazon can NOT be relied upon for delivery of electronics (small scale probably vanishes faster than large TVs).

They said my package was delivered but I never received No other contact. No resolution Please credit my account it will be too late to give it to my granddaughter!! I am very upset! They said they put it in my mail box but it never would have fit!! This is all I have to say!!!
