I placed 2 orders: Order #112-9613836-7205804 Order #112-9487911-4056236 on very same day Jan 17th 2019 from very same account rdpikovce@gmail.com and paid for both by very same credit card ending in **70. One order was fulfilled (shipped, delivered and price deducted from my credit card) and the other was put on hold because of billing address verification. I submitted last credit card statement as required, even I wrote explanations. Besides it makes no sense, it makes no sense. I think only problem is that one item from my other order is no longer available. It seems that Amazon uses billing address verification as cheap trick to avoid fulfilling my order. Is a shame.

Amazon pantry: wanted to send pantry items to my granddaughter in college but there was no option to send to another address. There was not even an option to choose my payment method. I could only send it to myself. I would hope that Amazon would be better than that (SAD).

Incompetent customer service that just ignores you

In September 2018, my fingerprint was no longer recognized my my Amazon app on my iphone. I tried logging in with my e-mail and password and was told it was incorrect. I tried to reset my password and never got the link in my e-mail. I e-mailed customer service several times, heard nothing. I called customer service and explained to them that I lost access to my account despite the fact that not only have I NOT changed my password, but I most certainly didn't change my damn fingerprint. They told me they couldn't access the account for me because I had enabled two-step verification, which I DID NOT do. The idiot customer service rep could only tell me that she would send me a link to reset my password, which of course I never got. I called again, got more of the same answer. I called a third time and requested to cancel my account because they are charging me for monthly service I can't even access. Apparently, they need to e-mail you a link to cancel your account, an e-mail I never got and I could not get anyone I spoke to to understand this. They literally just ignore you and spout the same bull over and over again, all the while they were still charging my credit card. It so happens that the card I used to sign up with got canceled by Chase due to suspected fraud and I got a new card number. I had no idea that Amazon could charge this new card, but they got this new number and continued charging it. I finally had to resort to having Chase block Amazon from charging the card since Amazon refused to help me in any way, shape, or form. Unfortunately, I am still fighting to get my money back from when Amazon charged me for services I couldn't use. I suspect that my Amazon account was hacked, and apparently Amazon has no way to resolve this type of issue, which is horrific. How does a company as massive as Amazon NOT have a way to protect its customers from fraud? Needless to say, everyone I know has stopped using Amazon because of my experience because this could happen to anyone and Amazon does not care one bit. They are happy to steal your money for nothing.

Faulty Amazon gift cards

I received 2 Amazon gift cards. They were bought from Kroger in Poplar Bluff, Mo. They do not work, will not scan in, will not manually go in to my account. Kroger says they are sorry they cannot do anything about it!!! I tolf them that answer is not good enough. What should I do, other than make a big scene in Kroger? Melba

I received an amazon gift card for a Christmas gift and I do not believe in Amazon for taking business away from TRUE BRICK and MORTAR stores that have been the backbone of our nations economy for years. They have and are destroying brick and mortar stores with people's attitudes of we will go and look at the product, learn about at, try it on and on and on. Amazon is nothing but a huge consignment shop with employment like a revolving door that is destroying the retail business industry because people are too LAZY to go to a REAL STORE!!! The main reason I believe people go to amazon is there is millions of choices ,I don't have to get dressed, I can return it even if I've worn it, but didn't remove the tags so no one will know. My whole point to my rant is, I spent 45 minutes trying to purchase 30.98 on my GIFT CARD and amazon ONLY wanted MY CREDIT CARD INFO for amazon prime charge of 12.99 a month but I could cancel anytime within 30 Days. KEEP IT!!! Remember one very IMPORTANT FACT, when anybody needs sponsorship, help for a school project, church benefit programs, or anything that OUR people in our community needs help with, REMEMBER WHO TO CALL and I'm sure amazon WILL NOT HELP YOU!!! P.S. I was not able to make my purchase, because I will not become a prime member, but could not pay with Amazon Gift Card without giving my credit card number!!

I ordered an item Monday morning. Tuesday morning I received a message from Amazon saying that my order had shipped, and was provided a tracking number. When I tracked the package, it just said ready for UPS. Here we are on Thursday, and the package still hasn’t shipped. I understand that this wasn’t an Amazon Prime order, and that UPS ground would take a while, but not shipping until at least 4 days later doesn’t help things. The seller’s shipping policy states “all orders shipped within two days”. If they couldn’t meet the shipment time frame, I should have been notified.

Fyi. I don't need anything free. But your company continues to contact me saying I have won $1000 gift card, ok? Where the *** is it?you have all my personal info. What the *** are you doing with it? And I have tried to contact you. No response. Is this a damn scam??? I say yes it is. So do my lawyers. As I read all the customers complaints about the same issue. And you haven't done a damn thing. I think we should all get together and form a class action suit against your scamming *** company. Hope to get a response, if not... Amazon will be the biggest issue in the news media.

I am receiving robo mobile calls from Amazon to work for them. Sometimes five times a day. I block every number they use but then they come in on a different number. How can I stop them. I have never ever used Amazon and I have never had a membership.
