Since January 2023, I have been getting monthly charges of $16.20 for Amazon Prime Subscription on my credit card. I want to cancel & get my money back! On my account page it says I dont even have this service. I have repeatedly tried to call or reach out online or calling, without success!! I cancelled my credit card trying to stop charge & now it is coming out of my checking account!! I want this addressed immediately! Have a Representative

Thank you pissedcustomer.com for providing me a good number to call Amazon. They have canceled my membership I could never use and reimbursed me for one month only!

Not the amount i was hoping fo.

But done dealing with them! And, I Still had to talk to a robot!!

I cannot get my Amazon Fire tv to work with the Pureflix app. App says entitlement failed.I contacted Pureflix and they said it was an Amazon issue. The Freddie system is zero help. I cannot connect my Moto Edge 5G phone to show Pureflix on said Fire tv. I tried calling the costumer service line and the phone company said the number is not available in my service area.

Still havent received y order and it was placed Nov 10 still nothing but kept my money!!! It still Leos saying being processed and its just laundry soap and softener there is no reason for dont post it off u dont have the product! The least they could do is make it right this is 2 years in a row my husband got gift cards and both times we havent recorded our product but we can only use the gift cards for Amazon so hopefully next year it will be for somewhere else!

Want credit for prime i did not order

You company attempted to give me a subscription to Prime without my request and authorization through an old credit card but it was rejected. Because of you poor business ethics, your company finally found an active card of mine and started billing.

Now lets see how long until it disappears and you give me credit for the billing.

This is not the first time this has happened. Last year you guys did the same thing and I was charged not only for a few months before I noted the charges including each month an additional $5.99 for a movie I never ordered.

When I finally was able to have it cancelled, two weeks later it appeared again. I was never issues any credit.

I need to start cancelled credit cards it appears.

My credit card number got stolen so my bank ended up canceling my card, so that ended up reporting my Amazon purchases as fraud. I called the bank to clear it up which they did but Amazon still has my account locked and I can not sign in and theres no way to get a hold of them via calling or emailing. So now that account Ive had for over 10 years is completely locked and I cant get it back and I cant make a new account because it wont let me due to my number already being in use. I dont understand how they dont have any humans you can talk to and explain your situation too.

I got a refund but really wanted the jumper pack I ordered, instead. I guess Amazon uses a lot of shade tree 3rd party stores.

The are the cause of loosing mall shopping and store closures. Then using shade tree sellers?

Ordered a battery jumper pack for my shop. FedEx was the company that Amazon chose to deliver this package and of course FedEx delivered it to the wrong door and when they sent the picture you can even see that that's not my apartment.

Now I'm fighting to try to find this thing and I'm one step short of calling my bank and canceling the whole transaction. If it has to be shipped from a third party and Amazon is the seller they should be the responsible one to deliver it.

Have it shipped from the third party to the Amazon warehouse and then Amazon should deliver it themselves. Now I'm in limbo and have to sit and wait forever and ever and ever to get this and I'm really pissed make sure Amazon does not

I ordered these Uggs Unisex Boots on 8/22/23 the money of the amount for these Uggs Boots was taken off of my debit card amount $121 Im asking for a Refund why I called today . Lady I talked to confirmed that my money I paid that was taken out of my account of date 8/22/23 was declined why my order was not showing but give 5 days I should see a REFUND OF $121 from the previous order Uggs Boots Unisex for toddlers that was supposed to be sent to the Beltsville Md address.

So by 28 or 29th of August 2023 I should have my REFUND POSTED BACK ON MY DEBIT CARD THAT WAS USED TO ORDER .

Axon charged me took this amount off my card PLS SEND ME MY MONEY IN FULL PLEASE . Im a Amazon lover I was disappointed that they took out for Uggs boots size 11 in toddlers and didnt send me no email to my email address.

The product I ordered was not delivered

Dear Amazon Representative; Sony Bravia A90J Oled TV, which I purchased on July 17, 2023, my order numbered " 406-627****-343**** " was expected to be delivered on July 26, 2023, but the product was not delivered. I bought the product for 41300 TL on Prime Day, but its current price is 56116 TL, so I ordered it I don't want to cancel.

At the time I bought the product, Media Markt was selling at an affordable price, I trusted Amazon and preferred to do my shopping from Amazon Turkey, but I am suffering and as of July 30, the price of the product has increased or sold out on all sites. As an Amazon Prime customer, my primary request will be for the order I paid for to be delivered smoothly or for my loss to be covered by Amazon.

I hope this situation will be resolved quickly. Otherwise, I will apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee and exercise my legal rights, with all due respect.

G card rhen a child size chain arrived it had to cost maybe $40 no receipts my $400 is still missing n chime..vi was robbed ambushed 100 % serious when I went to atm to get funds they were depleted ĺn I was left with 2.00 from $485.00 n upon checking with bank it showed amazon had taken every dollar by way of deceit n robbery.i immediately got on phone with customer service n demanded that any n all orders be cancelled n funds b returned this was not a mistake it was a crime against me by amazon employees ok orders could have been stopped n were not why its theft n i jnow its happening to many people, n if my funds r not returned immediately I shall contact dept of justice.bureau of better business. N the entire internet should n will b informed of theft n n robbery in Amazon. Civil suit to follow charges must b pressed this is absurd n a completeý fraudulent actions. LOL...What a fool. Who in their right mind would try to post a credit card number on a PUBLIC site that has NOTHING to do with ANY company?

If this is how you run your (LOL) life, it's no wonder that someone was able to steal your credit card number and go on a spree. Pro Tip:It wasn't a random Amazon employee. Call your bank and have the card closed out.

While you're at it, it's probably time to put a freeze on your credit and close out any other cards you have. This will happen again...

I made a purchase through afterpay for $310, which afterpay adds 20 dollars extra if price changes. The price changed on my gas cap yet Amazon told me I did not pay for it which was not true. Afterpay stated that the money came out yet Amazon keep telling me I did not pay for it yet my account show that I did.
