I want it in my 30-day

I was offered a free 30 day trial from prime.. I called and cancelled before the 30 days and they took money off my card and didn't give me my refund.

Never receive the package

I was told my package was lost. They asked if I wanted a refund. I pressed refund and they said l hadn't made a purchase the last 3 months. I then spoke to a person that kept talking over me. I asked her to change my address since we were on the phone. She seems frustrated and told me to change it on Amazon.com. Why couldn't we do it since we were on the phone . She finally did it.

User's recommendation: Let the customer talk with no interruption. Don't show frustration with the customer.

Never receive the package

I never received my package costing 43.98 l checked the site. They sent me an email saying that my package was lost. Amazon asked if I wanted a refund for the item. I pressed the refund button and it said l had no order. I called Amazon and the person l spoke to kept talking over me. We were l was trying to speak and she would speck before I was finished explaining what happened. Then l wanted her to change my address on the phone since we were talking. She said l could do it on Amazon.com. l didn't understand why she couldn't do it. She seemed frustrated. She did it after me explaining that I thought we could make the change since we were on the phone.

Package wasn’t delivered

Received a notification that the package was delivered and wasnt delivered. Calling Amazon customer service number, reached automated system and going through the prompts, system indicated that Amazon will resend the ordered items. I will wait to see if Amazon will resend the items, before escalating.

My package has two day shipping, but tracing says it won't arrive for 7 days . What's up with that?

I can't reach areal person for customer service, the options on line do not allow me to address the problem. The phone number I called for customer service didn't have any options except to give me info on my bill, which I already have!. I think I will follow my best judgement and cancel my Prime Account. I will have to speak with a real person however first.

Received msg on something I never ordered

Amazon - Received msg on something I never ordered
I received something I didn't order. This is a book for babies. I wonder if that was sent it to me by someone or by mistake? The address and name on the package was mine. But I never ordered it. That's important for me to know if someone sent it to me because me and my husband having troubles having kids, and I've had a miscarriage recently. I called customer support but didn't receive an answer yet. Thank you

Tablet kids edition won't download

I couldn’t get a warranty label and my sons tablet doesn’t work anymore

I contacted Amazon customer service and they ended up having me deregister my device and I wasnt able to reregister it so they were supposed to email me a warranty label through my Amazon account and it I was supposed to send the tablet back with that warranty level within 5 days and they would ship me a new one..I never got the warranty label and Im stuck with a broke tablet.

Delivery didn't follow instructions

SadAmazon delivery haven't been following instructions and leaving my package in areas I didn't instructed.....and some one took the package. I have told the many times before and didn't listen. I have left signs out and put delivery instructions inside my portal.

Make a return

I ordered the fire tv stick lite device and it never worked it was impossible to get in touch with customer service and I'm still trying to get in touch with them to return faulty device. never again people do not order this product.
