Lost order

I have to wIt till mon,for a package to come.thats lost.now I won't have a present for my nephews. Won't order from Amazon again..this messed up my Christmas.

User's recommendation: Buy from store.atleast then you'll have ur stuff for holiday.

Packages not delivered

My complaint was that my packages did not arrive after receiving the message the packages were delivered. The packages showed up today. They were a few days late but they made it. I cannot remember the reps name that helped me but he was very thorough and said he would call me back today. He was very kind.

Paid all that money to be Amazon prime and still piece of *** customer service Im no longer a Amazon customer im sick of losing out on money and packages because of their lazy delivery people and Amazon workers dont even care that you lose your packages on them like they dont cares on their behalf you still got to suffer and pay for it

Can't track package

Ordered 7 pair of Pajamas not delivered when supposed to I ordered on October 30 th and they keep delaying delivery! I need these for Christmas Eve! Which is our tradition. I dont think I can find matching in time. I just wonder where they are in ttransit. What city are they in?

I ordered and received wrong size merchandise called and spent over an hour trying my best to be patient and understanding its been 2 weeks now and of Nothing.

Missing 3 packages

Im no longer going to be a Amazon customer *** they delivery people cant even deliver your packages right and they cant recommend because of that I know is a busy holidays but they *** delivery people are *** lazy and Amazon people dont even wanna *** help people get they *** back or resend *** or give a *** refund the *** Im over this *** over Amazon zero stars

Can't find my order in my Amazon account

I cant find an order that I placed for a toy in my account. I ordered 2 buzz light-year One that falls back and the other one is the one that speaks and I ordered both just in case I wouldnt receive one and I used to be able to see the order that said that I would receive it December 23 when originally was December 8 but now I cannot even find my order I receive one of the toys but Im missing the other one

Refund Issue

I was calling Amazon to have my refund changed from an Amazon gift card to the original card that I used to purchase the item. When I called the number the lady answered but could not find my account. Ive been with Amazon for over five years as a prime member and have only ever had one address for the account. We spent 15 minutes on the phone and she still cannot find it. I hung up and went through my Amazon app and found a different phone number, and had Amazon call me directly. Once they called me they were able to verify my account right away. Im still not convinced that I was actually spot on speaking to Amazon, as I was thinking maybe this was a scam. Was not helpful.

Trouble with a return idem

Highwild game hanging gambrel, I ordered this item October 23, 2021. I received a box of cat pads, which is far from a game gambrel. I returned the cat pads to my local ups store which took them and used the code you emailed me for the return. I just received a email from you Thursday saving you havent received the gambrel back and charged my card again. Shouldnt be this hard to get something straight. Thanks
