My account was inactive, but Amazon still deducted charges from my account. However, when I tried connecting to their help center for assistance, I received no help.

They simply directed me to the help center.

But, when I connected to the help center, it said that my account was inactive. This is extremely frustrating.

I received a notification that my order was declined because of insufficient funds. That's not so I have the funds in there and I Am wondering why my amazon Prime was not initiated.

The delivered the wrong items its not worth the amount of my order so I need my refund or else I will never ever order Amazon anymore,I give a bad reviews.

The media Files its what the wrong items and the proof of purchase is the proof of what I order together with the price

Amazon is artificially increasing their prices on their streaming service,, I bought a movie in a series for9.99 and after that the movies all of the sudden cost 14.99,, there is no good reason for the increase besides amazon being greedy and price gouging,, I would tell other customers to look for another streaming service,, one that doesnt artificially raise their prices just because you buy a movie at a decent price and then the price increases

The Amazon driver was dragging something; sparks were flying and something came off, cracking my windows and damaging the top of my truck. I want to resolve this matter. I have it on video and everything.

I'm missing a package my package was supposed to be delivered on the 26 of September but whoever delivered it claimed they put the inside my mailbox when the message came to my phone the package was not even there you can't even put a package in my mailbox.

This has happened several times. It's not Amazon's fault until they told me I had to get a police report because the carrier could not find my house.

UPS has delivered my orders to the wrong address several times, and I have the pictures to prove it. When I contacted Amazon, a service representative told me I needed a police report.

Why would I have to waste the cop's time because my package was delivered to the wrong address? I can't make sense of this, and that is the reason I will not purchase anything else from Amazon.

Whoever packed this box did not do it correctly My food product was open. There was grease from the chips all over everything in the box, including all over in the box. Packing needs to improve
