Every time you use a 3rd party to deliver an order , it appears they do not receive updated addresses.

The address on Amazon is current and correct but the delivery company you pass it on to has old addresses.

It is obvious that the folks that implemented the use of other carriers beyond the capable and efficient FEDEX and UPS are not capable or knowledgeable in planning and implementing this effort.

If you want a reading on how well your not doing. Look at how many complaints have been logged.

Either you are not capable to fix this issue or you don’t care.

Product or Service Mentioned: Delivery Service.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $20.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.

I liked: Quick shipping, Pricing diversity of products.

I didn't like: Poor management of 3rd lady carriers.

I have also had this problem, so I got in contact with the carrier and all is well now. This is a carrier problem not an Amazon problem.
