Misorder

Order to be sent to the wrong address I have tried to correct this incorrect order several times. Your latest information indicates you are shipping it to a Hawaii address that we use from time to time when we are vacationing. But we will not be there to receive this order on the 23rd and we will simply advise the post office to return it and then if necessary we will be in court to get our money back. We do not like to have to take this sort of action because we purchased with Amazon for many years, but this has been extremely frustrating!

The Amazon rep was supposed to contact me after contacting the company about my coors banquet neon clock I havent heard anything back.. the clock doesnt work the second hand gets stuck on the minute hand

I ordered some coats almost a month ago, and I never received it, they gave me and another customer the same tracking number and she got my package instead of me.

I have been waiting on my package for a long time and they sent me an email saying that they had delivered my package but I didnt receive it, so they told me to go to the post office and I did, and the post office told me to contact UPS and I did, but when they asked me for the tracking number, I gave it to them and it showed in their system that the package has been delivered, but it was to a whole different address, so we was told to contact Amazon because they had given me and the other customer the same tracking number. And now when I contact someone now by email, they wont respond back, so now I highly upset because I dont have my coats and I havent been refunded my money

Wrong payment method happen

I placed SNAP eligible orders and uploaded my EBT payment and it wasn't used but my bank card was. That was my last $40 in my account. Pretty much everything that was SNAP eligible became nonelgible.

I am locked out of my account

The first day i signed up for Amazon I was locked out of my account, they put a hold on what i ordered and wouldn't except my bank card, at the same time i signed up for Prime and they took my card and withdrew my money for Prime that i can't even use. I have sent them 4 different documents to prove the card is mine and nothing is good enough. I went to my bank and they said i don't ever get billing statements for my debit card so they don't know what they want. They are asking for something that i will never have because my bank don't have billing statements for my debit, so i don't know what they want from me, i just want my money back for the Prime account that i can't use. Thank u

Ordered Roblox Gift card ($50) Dec 12, never arrived. I just ordered another card for $50...as i can't find a PERSON - LIVE PERSON - on phone for Amazon. A billion dollar company that can't pay fore real, LIVE people to answer calls - no AI bots, not computers. it's a joke. I should learn to live without Amazon, and may just do so. Don't pay taxes, don't pay for customer service reps...what DO you pay for Amazon?
