After 40 minutes on the phone with an automated system, then a live rep..I got disconnected from the Amazon rep. I have no idea where this leaves me.

It is incredibly time and cost consuming to have this inept service or lack there of! I am expecting someone to reach out to me with full resolution of these returns, refunds ASAP!

It took a 20 minutes to talk to a live individual. Very difficult to I understand, was on the phone for 40 minutes with the customer service member, when I got disconnected. I have no idea what the status is of my return now. Extremely disappointed and frustrated not best practice for a business !!

The shortest way for me to explain this is to say all year Amazon took Prime out despite me changing debit card 3x and finally closing my account. Refused to give me refund for hrs and finally agreed just to be told they can't because it keeps getting rejected.

Duh!! I closed my account to stop the stealing. They refuse to put it on a gift card. Sent email say they would give me 127.22 promotional credit and neve did!!!

Second part!!

Received a dirty used tote containing dirty bandaids and a baggie with 5 unknown pills in it. Tracking number on box has Amazon as return address and packing slip inside box also from Amazon. Refused to do anything!!! Told me to just throw out!!!

A little girl almost ate the pills thinking they were candy!!!

So they reuse to refund stolen money and refuse to take responsibility for sending customers harmful substance that could possibly harm or kill them!! But people get 40$ gist card for late delivery!

Hello, I hope you accept this note. Unfortunately, I have been disappointed with Amazon UK.

I purchased 2 TV screens and 2 electrical parts and requested express delivery. I was informed that the products will be delivered to me on 10/21/2023, high hours, Kingston, London area, according to my residence. At the following address: 86 The Keep

England, I paid the price of the product and the express delivery price for the above product, but I was surprised that the product did not reach me, and that the customer service employee in my first conversation denied that I had an order, and in the second conversation she stated that the product had been delivered to me, and in the third conversation she acknowledged that there was a problem and that the delivery driver It is the cause of the problem and it will be solved soon. What is my fault in all of this?

I have been subjected to moral and psychological damage as a result of this, which will make me resort to the police and the British judiciary, with my assurance that I will not buy from this company again because I have lost confidence in it.

Hello, I have tried through regular chatting customer service. On September 4th I made a purchase of 651.41 using a Mexican debit card. It was then canceled (not by me) whoever sold me the item canceled it, they returned the money and that same day took it out again. Now i'm out $651.41 dollars. Ive tried calling, contacting, doing everything and have had no response. I'm not sure if i need to do this legally? I purchase ALL THE TIME, and i use prime. Please someone help me figure this out. Delivery Outside Of Business Hours

We have a business account that shows our business hours. If I buy something for delivery the next day I would expect it to be delivered during business hours.

Instead you deliver outside of business hours then postpone delivery for another day when you can't deliver it. Tried using your chat and it's all automated, no live person, no resolution. Tried calling customer service, its automated responses only, no live person, no resolution.

Poor customer service since there isn't any. It's funny you boast about how important customer service is to you and providing the best customer experience yet, you do not provide any customer service.

I found this email address and hope this will reach you.

I received a message that one of the returned items wasn't received by amazon. I always order a lot from Amazon and my returns are also always correct, which is easy to check. So was this one.

The item is a small bag of newing nails. I did sent it back together with a pack of wooden dowels.

Maybeit was missed during unpacking. It is small.
