It looks like the box was dropped and it landed on the pulley and fan of the alternator. I took the pulley off of your alternator and installed the fan and pulley from my old alternator on to yours everything works okay. thank you

Account not working. I MUST talk to someone

I had gone to my ACCOUNT section to change my email on my Amazon account. I assumed I was CHANGING my email.

That's what the screen said. I talked to your support this morning. They said that I really CREATED a new account. I DO NOT WANT two accounts.

I now want them merged.

PLEASE CALL ME AT 203-820-****.

I am so confused. My iPhone still uses my lorigpeterson@***l ID.

My iMac is using the (Apparently new, not changed id ) lorigpeterson.shopping@***l account.

I don't want two accounts. I want my old account AOL changed to my New email address. In the meantime I can't get a new password for my AOL account.

This is not right.

Can someone PLEASE, PLEASE call me ASAP.

The support person couldn't help me..

She went on hold to Technical support and they would not talk to me.

I am accustomed to Apple support - exceptionally good. I am extremely disappointed that Amazon support would not help me.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I received most of my money back from them. Shall never do business with them again.

RETURNED ITEMS NOT CREDITED AND PROCESSED BY THEM. NO REFUND ISSUED TO MY ACCOUNT. PEOPLE AT THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT CAN'T SPEAK GOOD ENGLISH AND UNDERSTAND WHAT YOUR TALKING ABOUT. WASTED 35 MINUTES THIS EARLY MORNING SPEAKING TO A LADY AND NOTHING WAS DONE BY HER TO CORRECT MY ISSUE AND GET MY REFUND BACK OF 92.15 FROM THEM. NO REAL EMAIL CONTACT TO THEM THAT THEY SHALL ANSWER. LONG WAIT TIMES ON THE CALL IN NUMBERS AND ALL OF THE B/S ONE HAS TO GO THROUGH TO SPEAK WITH A LIVE PERSON.

If have yet to hear from Meetwarm or Amazon regarding the two patio dinning swivel chairs that broke. The item has a warranty. I ordered them on July 28, 2022. I sent photos of the two broken chairs. They are not repairable. The metal on these appears to be weak. These chairs have not in anyway been abused. I need the money refunded so I may purchase other chairs to use with my lovely table. Just about purchasing a maxwest cell phone it first started with a good conversation then after speaking to him his response was "well what do you want!!"
