She then told me it would be here on Friday but nothing was delivered so all weekend I kept getting messages for me to update my payment which I did when I spoke with the lady from Amazon! So today is Monday the 28th and I got a couple of more messages telling me to update my payment Im so sick and tired of dealing with this .. I cancelled my order!!

Nobody answered the phone after leaving me on hold for 17 minutes. And my problem is, you guys are trying to hit my debit card for $15.99And I don't know why and it better stop. I'm fixing to report you. I have not ordered anything and I have not authorized any payment from my debit card. I still have not received the products. I ordered 2 months ago so I will never order anything from you guys again.

Trying to reach a human being is impossible! No direct phone number and when you do they want everything but your first born. That act like youre a crook rather than a customer! Dont know what happen to Amazon customer service but sure hope I never have to try and call again. Also get the call center back in the states

Let me know when my product arrives

My product was ordered on 8/19/2023 and they gave me a delivery date of 8/21/2023 and it did not arrive. I found out that it is withheld and that UPS would bring it, now I change the message that it is in charge of several companies CEVA, PILOT and XPO. They don't give me a delivery date, they just apologize for the delay.

I ordered a book from Amazon and he came with the binding broken. I really like the book and took it to the library and asked if I could glue it? The librarian advised me not to glue the binding. I returned the book and received a second copy in the mail today and the binding was in worse shape than the first one. I am returning it again and was told that I have to order it a third time.

I was told I get a return of my monies because you sent me a metric spark plug kit. The person to talk to me could barely understand English and its sad that you cannot communicate with somebody on the phone that doesnt speak the same language you do.

I am tired of doing all the footwork including running to u p s to take things back or be in charge for things that I did not receive and nobody in the customer care department will go the extra mile in order to remedy these issues. I shouldn't have to spend time on the phone, on hold or I get another person. I have to spend my time off to take the items back even though your driver's damaged the product. close my account and find a better service

I love Amazon but their customer service is horrible and I will not be back nor will my family or friends and not will their family. the customer service is a joke and they have never been trained and their backgrounds were never checked. you would think after the fed ex incident with the little kid dying everyone would actually train in customer service.

no gift returned a gift with a gift receipt and was told credit for the iPhone would be available 30 days after they received the item. and the credit is in the form of a gift card. why so long. very disappointed in Amazon for the way they are handling this. I'm going to shop at TARGET. 2 day shipping easy returns without waiting 30 days to get your credit .
