On December 23, 2022 I was charged $606 . On a order, I never received the order an was charged payment (ACH ) by affirm . I have been fightinf AFFIRM to stop the $29.99 am month payments an my I have paid 400 . So far for something I never received . Some please help . Here the police report for me not receiving the order from Amazon , an being charged by AFFIRM

We ordered car seat covers for my father in laws Lincoln and they were too small, when I received the shipping label it said I now have to pay shipping to return this item. If they fit like they claimed I wouldn't be returning them. I haven't spoken to customer service, I was on hold for 15 minutes and the call was disconnected. Way to go Amazon!D

Sending me a used product

I am writing to express my disappointment with your company. This marks the second time in the last month that I have encountered an issue. Firstly, the Christmas lights I ordered came used and broken and now, with the Bona Power plus Premium motion spray Mop, I received a used, very dirty, and broken item. As a long-standing prime member who has made over 300 purchases in the last year, I am greatly inconvenienced by this situation. Not only do I have to print out a return label and arrange for shipping via UPS, but I also require this item urgently.

Wanted to exchange my power cord adapter. And he kept giving us the run around that he needs an order number which we couldn't send. He tried. I guess I don't know, but we weren't satisfied. We didn't get anything accomplished. Canceled everything and just hung up.

I purchased 2 PlayStation Store gift cards. One for $100 and the other for $25.

They were digital, so I forwarded the emails to redeem them to my daughter, for my 7 yr old grandsons Christmas gift. Amazon thought it was a fraudulent order and suspended my Amazon account. I dont know if that caused them to be non- redeemable but come Christmas Day, my grandson tried to use them and they would NOT redeem !!! They were totally useless !!!

Its was truly embarrassing to give a child a gift that wouldnt work. I called Amazon on Christmas Day at 4 pm and the customer representative apologized and said they WOULD refund my money along with a $5 gift card credit. I received the $5 credit to Amazon but never got my $125 refund.

I opened a case # A6NL13YN1NOJI. I talked to Amazon on Friday and again on Monday and they assured me that they would expedite the refund ASAP !!

Now as of today, 1/10/2024, Amazon said they would NOT refund my money and would no longer discuss this matter any further with me !!!

I'm a prime member and use Amazon quite a bit because I don't have the easiest time to go shop local due to medical issues. So for the past year about 90% of my deliveries are mishandled by their employees despite my delivery notes saying not to throw or drop packages, and then I also requested that they ring my doorbell instead of just leaving my things on my doorstep when they can be stolen which has happened many times to ring the doorbell or knock on the floor when delivering something is common sense and not hard to do why they can't do it really puzzles me. I have notified Amazon of the problem every time it happens but yet it still continues to happen a year later, so I am led to believe that they aren't doing anything about it

My complaint was not Amazons error, it was mine. I had unpacked the food storage containers I had purchased. What I didnt realize was that I could only see 10 containers and I had ordered a box of 18 containers. I finally realized that the other 8 containers were inside the other 8 containers. So I called Amazon back to cancel the order for 18 containers. Thank you, and I love the containers.

Apparently, I misread the shoe size chart and it was my error and not that of the seller that resulted in me receiving the wrong size of shoes. I talked to a customer service rep who was very kind, very helpful and very patient with me. She's a wonderful person and she helped me figure out what I needed to do next. She also found me the correct size of shoe, which was amazing!
