I ordered my last item from amazon. A drone for a child’s birthday. Ordered in plenty of time but I got an email stating that they lost it in transit. First strike. Chatted online to reorder and reship but it was from a private seller so they couldn’t do that. Why not? Checked sellers website and they still have inventory. Second strike. Tried to give me an amazon card after I stated that I was done with the poor service. Third strike. The only thing I’ll use amazon for is to find the private sellers who sell the things I want to buy. I can almost guarantee that I’ll receive my packages.

I found that Amazon rejects reviews automatically if they contain certain words. Maybe they didn't like the word crank (slang for a drug).

I had one rejected for the word 'cumbersome'. Changing one word can often get it allowed.

Amazon - Shipping department taunting hand written note

I ordered 120 lollipops from amazon. Received a box with one lollipop and a roll of amazon shipping labels. On the roll of shipping labels there was a ha d written note saying “ha ya sucker”. Seemed intrusive and like someone at Amazon is toying with me. Amazon said they would investigate, however I don’t think they care too much.

Dude how does Amazon have ANYTHING at all to do with the actual delivery? This is done by UPS, USPS, or Fedex.

Your complain should be to the company who actually delivered your items.

Amazon - Undelivered Package

I placed an order for 2 items on amazon on 6/23 on my prime 2 day delivery. The expected time of delivery was 6/25 before 8pm. I get a email notifying me on 6/25. My delivery has been now changed to 6/26 at 9pm. I get an email around 10 am on 6/26 that my item has been delivered and I go out to check my mail box and nothing has been delivered. I call up amazon customer service and explained to them what happened and they told me that the delivery service sometimes pre scan the delivery. Which is prohibited. I was very upset about this and requested a full refund. Buyers beware. You are at the mercy of the delivery services.
