Return of item

I returned an item several weeks ago but I still keep getting emails saying it wasn't returned. Well I bought my husband dole cherry fruit cups two boxes because there his favorite treat since he has stage 4 kidney failure and blood cancer he really doesn't enjoy much food even thou I got my money back it doesn't composite the smile eating them which brightens my day was not able to get I'm just hurt

They also were very quick to charge my account. So not even within 12 hours of the order being made and cancelled both last night and this morning it appears to have been shipped!!! Lol . It will be refused.
