I tried to access my account to check the consoles I bought for my kids and see if they shipped out and I was locked out of my account and I want this to be fixed immediately and I want my account back right now if it's not I will write horrible reviews to the company cause in a time like now this does not need to be happening I made these purchase and want this issue fixed immediately

I never ordered amazon prime and I was being charged $14 dollars and change . I been trying to get in touch with customer service but to no avail . I'm Disable and live on a bugget I can't afford Amazon prime so why would I even get something I can't afford . I just want my money back .

Hello,My name is Apeksha , yesterday i got notication of "Amazon lightning deals" by " https://bitcoinnews.buzz "and when i opened that notification link" http://amazon-discount.tk/flipkart.co.in/index.html#/mobile.html#" thn i saw their was offers for mobile phones upto 94% to 96% dicount.than i search about it than i got to know every year "amazon lightning deals" happening , so i thought this is not fake and i ordered redmi note 8 of Rs 1500 and paid through google pay but after that i didn't get any confirmation mail or tracking link by amazon.than i search for amazon customer service no. but i didn't got any phone no. so that i send mail to amazon customer service but, i didn't get any help or any helpful solution.After that i complaint to google pay customer service than i got to know about that dealer ,he has no google pay account he is using third party "amazon.sel@***l" from which he is doing fraud . So please check if any seller of your amazon company doing fraud and if Amazon don't know about it or don't have any idea than please take action and arrest them or stop them . thank you.

Shipping partners they trust
For the most part, Amazon has always done me well. Their shipping partner called Newgistics and their staff all need a quick, swift and stiff kick in the rear end though. They have increased the in transit time on an important parcel that could be the difference in life or death for me as an essential mental health care worker SIX times since they've had their paws on it and they have not bothered to update ANYTHING on tracking or the package moving in close to two weeks. My package is somehow still in transit from New York to Missouri and has been in transit since April 17th. Based off of reviews I have read about Newgistics, the merchants will profit the longer they keep a package in transit status. I've also read other dissatisfied peoples posts stating that they will move packages away from the destination and push back delivery dates which in my eyes, is a *** thing to do if you're trying to hang onto consumers because the customer is what builds your business. I enjoy doing business with Amazon for the most part. However, the longer my packages don't move towards a USPS facility in my locale, and the longer Newgistics keeps me in transit to deliver my packages to USPS, whichever company I do business with that partners with them will begin to LOSE my business.
