I ordered a St.Louis Blues 24 oz. tumbler on June 11th 2019 for $6.00.

I received "A" tumbler on June 13th 2019...However, it's not what i ordered!

Upon opening this package i find a 16 oz "WILDCATS" tumbler!

I ready this tumbler to be sent back.

Contact amazon when i notice MY tumbler is no longer available!

Keep in mind... The Blues just won the cup on June 12th 2019!

I call the customer service line...No help with the first person. I ask to speak to a supervisor, more than once!

After finally getting a supervisor, and being told there isn't any of the tumblers for me...I ask what " St. Louis Blues" item they were going to replace it with.

I was told i could keep the "Wildcats" tumbler! I don't want the Wildcats tumbler, and don't know who thought it was ok to replace my ordered one with it in first place! I was offered a $5.00 credit for my next purchase if i wanted that instead! $5.00...REALLY?

I was treated, and spoken to like an idiot!

I'm not just offended at this point, but pissed as well! Thank you for letting me share!
