Already wasted all the time I could handle. Do some market/customer satisfaction research. Product and custserve lowest shopping level experience. If I wasnt a shut-in that often needs product quickly, I would definitely buy elsewhere and often do when I have a better timeline.

I haven’t heard anything regarding my order in several days!

2 recliners I ordered, arrived without the controlsI have tried for over a week to get this resolved.. as of right now nothing has need done!Very frustrating!

Customer service assurance the item would be delivered by UPS. Unfortunately, it was delivered to my post office. Two hours away. She assured me that all my large items will come by UPS. Unfortunately that still is not happening.

Asking about the laptop

you had a vender that listed a laptop for a certain price $305.00 when you up graded the processer you can chose a later ship date and the price fell to $249. but that was also the price of a used laptop so i wanted too know if it was still the same one as new

I HAD CANCELED THE ITEM RIGHT AFTER I REALISED THAT I HAD DONE IT BY MISTAKE.I HAVE THE SCREENSHOT OF THAT WHICH SHOWS " CANCELED" UPON ASKING THE CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE PROVDER THAT DOES CAN SHE GIVE HER OFFICIAL EMAIL OR PHONE NUMBER ON WHICH I SEND THE SCREEN SHOT, SHE SAID "SORRY SIR WE DO NOT ENJOY SUCH FACILITY.

Over payment

That the customer service was very poor I was billed twice in one day and then they try to convince me that I let someone use my personal card which is not true I was charged twice and then they go say the card I use is not on file and how is that when they taking money off the card I was just like my money returned and canceled what ever subscription that I have with Amazon Prime I'm going to make a report against the company inconsiderate customer service.

Cancelling my account

Credit card canceled

My credit card was cancelled because it was compromised. Someone was trying to use it. My credit card company had to cancel it. I have entered another card . I also no longer want to use prime. Thanks for your kind attention. Selma Jacobs

I was sent a dress i did not order. The dress is totally different from the picture. I prefer this in hope to wear it to church the next day after receiving it. I am very upset. In all my years ordering from Amazon I have never been so disappointed. Please return my money back to my account.

Driver said deliver of an iPad was hand delivered to resident in delivery email. It was not it was by left on front step after dark. Tried to talk with someone to report the driver for lying and customer service hung up on me. Very disappointed at how long it took to talk with a real person only to be hung up on. This is how things are stolen. Not to mention that I could have said I never got it and would probably received another at no charge.

I’m still getting text stating that my account has been locked and telling me to click a link to fix the issue

Amazon needs to be more active in taking charge of this matter. Amazon needs to take the lead and actively investigate this matter. And, if necessary file a report with the FBI, DOJ or FTC to capture the perpetrators. I pay $139 annually and expect Amazon to do its job and protect its customers accounts being phished.

Payments being denied

What happens is when I order something it is denied. When I try to revise my EX husband's email shows up. He should not be connected to my account what so ever. When I check my account everything is correct and I have received my purchases in the past. This has just started happening. I have been divorced for 5 yrs. I couldn't get anyone to help me fix this. I'm just going to delete my account. This Is too frustrating

Please help with refund. These chairs are junk.

On January 13, 2022 I purchased two chairs for $898. From Amazon.

On my discover bill it came up from lifesmart company. I guess you get what you paid for but heres my problem. On both chairs the right arm is falling off. Because of the arm falling off the fabric for the feet part is all gathered when in a close position.

There are four Massage sensors on the seat of the chair. They measure approximately 1 x 3 and hit you on your thighs and buttocks. Must sit on a towel not to feel these metal pieces hitting you. Not enough padding on the seat of this chair.

These two chairs are just junk. These are a power lift chair recliner with heat and massage. Old people and disabled people would buy these chairs.

They are a complete rip off to this segment of the population. Please help me get a refund from this company.
