Kohls at 4444 13th Ave S Fargo ND 58104 did not process the return of the 2 sequined tops I took to Kohl’s. They scanned the sticker on 1 top twice. I only received credit on that one, but not on the.

Due to sizing, both tops were returned at the Kohls store located at 4444 13th Ave S,Fargo ND 58104, I received credit for one, because Kohls staff scanned the code on the 3/4 sleeve top twice. Prime tv is not working prime is not working on my TV When I click on a movie, nothing works it wont come on. This is been going on for a couple weeks. It works on my iPad but not on my TV fix it.

No satisfaction with company and want to make others aware.

I called regarding a non functioning fire stick. After countless troubleshooting steps that did not work, the Amazon representative stated that I should buy another one: that there were problems with the fire stick in my possession and they were offering a discount on the new one because of the existing problems.

She offered me a 20% discount on the new purchase but only after I received it. I requested an email stating the offer which she sent.

Upon receipt of the new fire stick, I contacted Amazon. I was transferred six times to no avail. I received an email denying my claim.

I called another time and again was transferred several times. I spoke to someone in the Escalation department who stated there was no program for refunding me($7.84) because I paid with a gift card. He offered two months free for a streaming service that I did not want. I was transferred once again to someone in the Retail department (this was the second time for this department) and was told that they have no policy in place for such a refund and it shouldnt have been offered.

I explained to him that the representative who made the offer is employed by Amazon.

How would I know that I shouldnt receive a discount. Her misrepresentation of her employer is her employers issue and not minefurthermore, your word is your bond! He talked over me, stated I would not receive the refund and eventually hung up on me. I also received an email to that effect.

I worked in customer service for many years.

I have never experienced such poor service in my life.

It extends from the front line employees to the supervisors. We are talking about $7.84.

What I learned: Amazons word is not their bond.

I have two charges on my credit card bill that don't match any purchases we made. I called to question these. I received no help, was asked to call back. I asked for his supervisor and was hung up on. Terrible experience!!!
