the agent I spoke with Priya(?) was as helpful as she could be. I just find it interesting that Amazon has come up with a class called "Pantry Delivery" to charge a fee for. In this current climate of the corona virus, i'm sure your sales have gone through the roof, and yet you find a way to try and make more money? I just took off my "Pantry Delivery" items and I'll buy them elsewhere.

User's recommendation: don't buy anything in this "Pantry Delivery " area.

Hello, I talked to Amazon Chat on April 30th, and was told my refund would be processed immediately for 2 items that were returned and per your Chat department have been returned and received by Amazon. I had requested ested that both items be credited to an Amazon gift card, because I would like to use the money for a different purchase. The return items are order # 111-2125116-6364244 for $52.42 also # 111-4462094-9874615 for $5.34. I was td 2 days ago I should have a refund issued by now, the items were both returned. Could you please issue my refund to an Amazon credit so I can make my next purchase. Thank You, Phillip Mikesell

I shall not review here. I have a letter to the Editor ready to go. And I have two papers ready to publish it! the company shall be named in the published letter. I think the use of the word Pissed is very crude and not funny. Do you know what happens to people who cannot urinate( *** Perhaps you will find out!

I know I have 24 hours To cancel the order and order it again. The only problem is I dont have the money in my account to cover while Im being reimbursed. I ordered a 55 inch LET Tv advertised $279. However I am being charged $300plus something. Please please please help to rectify this mistake the matter whos side its on! Sincerely tessakay

I have cancelled my orders and your merchants refuse to refund my account. They are still trying to ship the unwanted items.

Wrong acct

Hi, I had two accounts opened, one was accidental. last week I spoke to someone and she close one of the accounts but today when I went to make a purchase the old account showed up I made the purchase and didnt realize it until after. It charge me for shipping and I have Amazon prime so I shouldnt be charged for shipping. I dont know how to eliminate that from my phone so it doesnt default to it.
