If Amazon doesn't want to leave the deliveries to experienced delivery companies they should come up with a sincere way of apologizing to the customers they let down. Perhaps a 25% discount or every day the order is late which would make the product free on the 4th day. It might give them an incentive to get their act together.

With the availability of competing retail sites vying for our business, product reviews are (I previously thought) one way of determining which is the best, most reliable, etc. As I shop on Amazon (something I'm about to do FAR LESS, it seems they are "padding" the reviews by inserting (never at the top, always way down) reviews for products not even related! I recently purchased a misting system, and when I took the time to really dig into many of the 200+ positive reviews, a huge number of them are for cars, nose rings, phone cases, chocolate, and other items too numerous to list. This way, they get to advertise that a product has a 75+ positive 5 star review status. Ripping us off even more...

After cancelation of product still product has been arrived on place becuase payment already did earlier. fake commitement giving every executive your product has been cancelled .Even wrong status showing on site i was placed order at 6:30pm and after 25mints status gone be discpatched 3pm either make me fool or read my mind on 3pm before 3:15 hours how can be possible order dispatch .Troubles after doing shopping on amazon.

Amazon contacted me via email with a link to connect to customer service. The CS agent sent me another email with a link to close and delete the account.

I just received notice of closure. Some observations: 1) If CS had been given the ability to close the account when I called days ago this whole event would never have transpired. 2) I was told that I have to be logged on to close the account, but there's no option to close and account on the web. You gave to call.

Which is what I did at the beginning.

3) evidently the email to me works without a hitch so I don't know where the supposed security lock instructions ever ended up. 4) never did find out why the account was locked.

I have a new account on Amazon; used it once for one article. Seemed to work okay. I got a 30-day free to Prime, which I didn't and don't want. There should be a way to opt out. Better yet "ASK" if the customer wants a free 30-day. My problem? Well, I was in the middle of placing an order and got challenged for my password. Unusual, but I entered it. Next thing I know the screen splashes a lick out notice "check my mail for instructions". NO MAIL. So I closed out the browser and started all over again... Same results. So....... I tried the forgot password approach and confirmed they did have my email because I got the 6 digit code. BTW the code didn't work if course because of the security lock. Contacted customer service and they couldn't tell me why it was locked the first time I called. They took all my account info and said someone would call in 24 hours. They didn't. So I tried logging in again. Still locked out. I posted a complaint on the Amazon FB page and was provided a link. Guess who answered the phone? Yeah, the same helpful folks that I had spoken to earlier. This time I was told my account was locked and under investigation and then proceeded to ask for the same account information. I've asked that they delete my account and I'm told I have to log in and do it ..... Yeah, but there's the problem "I CAN'T LOG IN". Stay away from these folks. They're helpless to help. So now I've been slammed with a prime account for which they will try to charge me and no way to log in and just delete the entire mess. BTW: Isn't slamming illegal? WHY can't Amazon simply delete an account when they are asked to do do by the account owner?

Seems to be a very familiar story of many customers, including many first time Amazon "customers" such as myself. Amazon just suspended the account for no stated reason as I was shopping and placing orders on my new account and with my credit card.

Customer Service was absolutely useless to assist in any manner, except to say: wait for the next email.

Further more, Amazon asked for a copy of my "credit card statement" to verify the credit card was mine, even though it my exact name on it. I've never had any merchant (online or otherwise) presume to have the right to see my credit card bill; and I'm pretty sure they have no right to do so.

Shouldn't matter if Amazon contracts out delivery. Ultimately its their product and they are responsible for shipping.

How else would you get a shipment from Amazon????? Not like "we" the customer has a choice.

Amazon doesn’t refund for counterfeit products sold

I bought a Tag Heuer watch sold by a company by the name of Watch Passion. When I received the watch I took it to the Tag Heuer Sole Authorised Distributor for verification. They informed me that the watch was not original but a counterfeit. The watch was send to the police as it is an illegal product. I informed the seller about what I just described. They asked me for a letter from the Distributor explaining why can they say that the watch was fake, for them to investigate. I submitted the letter to them and never heard ftom them again despite sending more emails asking them for a refund. After not receiving any reply from the seller a A to Z case was open with Amazon for a refund. Amazon has declined the claim twice lastvtime thecreason was that they have confirmed that the seller is an authorised Tag Heuer reseller. I confirmed with Tag Heur that Watch Passion is not an authorised reseller of theirs, in fact they dont know who that company is. I informed Amazon of that and asked them to send me the proof that seller is an authorised reseller of Tag Heuer and they never did. Since then I have kept calling and sending emails to Amazon asking for a manager to call me and to reopen my case without anybody contacting me. The seller is still selling watches through Amazon which means more people are buying fake watches thinking that they are original and Amazon is doing nothing about it. That is a crime, fraud, and Amazon is knowingly facilitating it. Amazon should stop the seller from selling and contact all the clients that bought watches from him for them to verify them and return them if fake. I have told them to do that but they haven’t. They are allowing for their clients to keep a fake product having paid for an original one without knowledge. That is surely a crime as well. I want a refund from Amazon as my purchase was covered by their A to Z warranty and they are trying not to pay an ignoring my claim and multiple calls.

Missed ANOTHER promised delivery date

We have just had a promised 2-day delivery, AGAIN, not arrive when promised - even though they posted it as "out for delivery" on the promised date, though it was a few hundred miles away and being routed back through Pennsylvania to our normal UPS delivery in Cumberland, MD, to be delivered days after it was needed. Over and over again, they route our packages to Roanoke, VA, south of West Virginia and a couple of hundred miles from us, We live in northeastern WV. Not sure why, but it happens frequently enough for us to be cancelling "subscribe and save" orders for things we can find within 50 miles, looking for local sources of things not yet cancelled, and wondering if we can do without their lousy service altogether. In "lousy service" we include their customer dis-service that offers no direct way to complain about such delivery problems - just endless links to material they want people to read on how well they think their services work.

This firestick constantly buffers . My lical cable keeps telling me it's my internet speed . I tell them it buffers even when Im under my paod speed . It's reliability is a joke . I have issues with the system 2 or 3 a week . As soon as I can afford it I'm going back to satellite t.v. Would never recommend the firestick period .

Count yourself lucky at 2-3 a week. I’ve had to reload the damn thing 3 times in the past 20minutes.

And IT IS NOT MY INTERNET BECAUSE MY SONS SMART (ROKU) TV NEVER DOES THIS!

Only the TVs with Firesticks. Including the one 1.5inches from the actual modem!

Florida company lied to me about the processing and shipping dates. Almost 2 weeks late on everything from what they said. T hen when packsge arrives it is not what I ordered. Contact Amazon who emails company and turns it back to me to deal with. Company then says it will take a couple of days to email a return. Meantime they have had my money for almost a month.
