We have still not received our order , we were told to wait one or two more day for the delivery. That was last Wednesday November 17th. We would like a refund from Amazon.

We never received our order which was to be delivered by usps. We have not received it and its been over a week. We also have not received a refund which was promised by Amazon

Lost package

Still need either my package or refund, not a happy customer. Need my money back Im not a happy customer. Drivers lately are not doing their job.

My account was deactivated due to bs. I need my account to be active again. Yes, some were my fault but not majority of the issues. Another thing is I believe I shouldve got paid for the missed blocks with Amazon flex that wasnt my fault

Prouduct not giving

I got my coffee center it looks really nice but I rented and filled it and went to the store come back to find out that it leaped over all over my coffee cabinet top and I called Amazon this order has just been a hard order I got a refund and I just will look at other another product

Hung up when she failed to understand the issue or my account

I DID NOT GET THE SHIPMENT THAT IS MARKED DELIVERED. Customer service was unable to locate the account and the issue and hung up the phone

NFL thursday

The phone support person Couldnt grasp my problem. To make matters worse, it was very difficult to understand anything he said due to his accent. I guess when I said shut up to my son in the background so I could try to understand what he said for the 10th time, he just hung up the phone assuming I was talking to him. No biggie, just 1/2 hr of wasted time. Happy Thanksgiving

Incomplete

The call was disconnected at the Amazon end with no follow up call! So therefore the problem was unresolved not my best knowledge.

Would not cancel fraudulent orders i didn't make

Amazon refused to cancel a fraudulent order I did not make. I tried to cancel on app it would not let me. I called and got told they couldn't cancel it because it was already processed I never made the order I changed my password and everything

2021 has buried this company, nothing but issues all year long

You guys are *** horrible, every package I try to get delivered goes to the wrong address all year and today is no different, I want my money back or this order DELIVERED TO THE CORRECT ADDRESS, NO ONE SHOULD HAVE TO DEAL WITH THIS ***DURING HOLIDAYS, if you cant make orders happen the way theyre supposed to then stand the *** down and let someone else have my business
