Re: Order# 111-2917460-1560259 On Wed., April 22, 202, I ordered a Meagoes Fast USB Car Charger for $13.93 with tax. On Fri., April 24, 202, the charge came through twice--once as $13.93, and then later as $16.03. No other purchases had been made on that card which could account for the additional charge of $16.03. I would like a refund of the overcharge of $16.03. Thank you. I was trying to contact an agent about my prime membership benefits utilization not being met. I am paying for a membership I cant even use. My orders are arriving weeks later so having a membership does me no good. I need someone to contact me about issuing a refund for my membership

User's recommendation: Don’t buy prime membership because you don’t get to utilize the benefits of 2 day free shipping.

I purchased a laptop (order info below) and neglected to retrieve some important files from the device prior to returning it. I have unsuccessfully requested that the device be returned to me for the purpose of retrieving those files. The device was purchased in anticipation of the BAR exam in California on February 25-26. I experienced a number of compatibility issues with the exam software on testing day and opted to return the device. While I received a confirmation of successful answer uploads from the device, I received a phone call from examsoft a week later requesting a manual re-upload of the answers from the device because they did NOT in fact receive them. If I'm unsuccessful in retrieving the answer files from that device, my responses to 3 out of my 6 bar exam essays cannot be graded and my chances of becoming an attorney will be delayed by a year or more. I dont have amazon prime, and I was checking my bank account and I see a amazon prime charge of 14 dollars. I dont have an account with amazon neither. I think someone is using my card.
