AMAZON WIRELESS LIES AND DECIEVES

I PLACE A ORDER WITH AMAZON WIRELESS ABOUT 2 WEEKS AGO FOR 1 SAMSUNG DROID CHARGE AND 2 HTC THUNDERBOLTS. WHEN MY FIRST ORDER CAME TO ME THE SCREENS WHERE CRACKED AND UNABLE TO WORK. SO I CALLED AMAZON WIRELESS A FEW DAYS LATER WHEN I GOT TO SEE THE PHONES BECAUSE I WAS DEALING WITH A DEATH IN THE FAMILY. THEY TOLD ME THEY WOULD SEND ME REPLACEMENTS, WHICH THEY DID DO BUT THESE PHONES ALSO CAME TO ME DEFECTIVE!!! THEY WOULD NOT CHARGE OR TURN ON. SO I CALLED THEM BACK TO GET THESE ONES REPLACED AND I WAS TOLD THAT I HAD TO SEND THE BROKEN ONES BACK TO THEM IN ORDER TO GET REPLACEMENTS. I REFUSED TO DO THAT BECAUSE I GOT SCREWED 2 TIMES ALL READY, HOW DO I KNOW IT WOULD NOT HAPPEN AGAIN. I TOLD THEM TO SEND ME WORKING PHONES AND ONCE I GET THEM AND SEE THAT THEY WORK, THEN I WOULD SEND THE BROKEN ONES BACK TO THEM. THEY REFUSE TO DO THIS!! I HAVE ALREADY REPORTED THEM TO THE FTC AND THE BBB ABOUT WHAT IS GOING ON. I EVEN TOLD THEY WHILE I WAS ON THE PHONE WITH THEM AND THE REP SAID TO ME GO AHEAD I DON'T GIVE A F---!!! I WAS TREATED WITH DISRESPECT AND TREATED LIKE I WAS A PIECE OF DIRT. THIS SITUATION HAS ME SO STRESSED OUT THAT IT IS EFFECTING ME AT HOME.... BECAUSE THEY SENT ME DEFECTIVE PHONES 2 TIMES IN A ROW, I HAD TO CANCEL THE ACTIVE LINE I HAD WITH VERIZON WIRELESS FOR THESE PHONES. BECAUSE OF THAT I'AM STUCK PAYING THE EARLY TERMINATION FEES OF $350.00 FOR EACH LINE THAT COMES CLOSE TO $1000 THAT I'AM STUCK PAYING TO VERIZON WIRELESS ALL BECAUSE AMAZON WIRELESS WANTS TO GO AROUND AND BE *** AND SEND DEFECTIVE PHONES. I ALSO CALLED THEM 2 DAYS AGO AND I WAS TOLD THAT MY ACCOUNT IS NOW ON HOLD AND NONE OF THE REPS CAN ACCESS IT TO TELL ME WHAT IS GOING ON. I WAS TOLD THAT I SHOULD HEAR FROM SOMEONE IN 24-48 HOURS WHICH IS ANOTHER LIE. I CAN'T EVEN ACCESS MY ACCOUNT FROM THE WEBSITE NO LONGER, MY LOGIN NAME AND PASSWORD DO NOT WORK NO LONGER ON THE WEBSITE.. WHEN I SPOKE TO THE REP 2 DAYS AGO HE TRANSFERRED ME TO THE SUPERVISOR AND HE TOLD ME TO STOP CALLING THAT THEY ARE NOT GONNA DO ANYTHING ABOUT THE SITUATION AND TO GO *** MYSELF AND REPORT THEM TO WHO EVER I WANT TO.... THE END RESULT THAT I WANT TO HAPPEN IS THE PHONES GET REPLACED AND I WILL SEND BACK THE BROKEN ONES ONCE I SEE THAT THE PHONES I GET ARE IN WORKING ORDER... OR THEY REFUND ME THE MONEY THAT I HAVE TO PAY TO VERIZON WIRELESS BECAUSE OF THE CANCELLED PHONE LINES WHICH IS $350 ADD BY 3 LINES..... I WANT THEM TO PAY..............

AMAZON WIRELESS SENDS DEFECTIVE PHONES

I ORDERED 3 CELL PHONES FROM THEM 2 HTC THUNDERBOLTS AND 1 DROID CHARGE!! I RECEIVED THE PHONES BUT THEY ALL CAME WITH CRACKED SCREENS, I HAD A DEATH IN MY FAMILY AND WAS NOT ABLE TO SEE THE PHONES UNTIL A FEW DAYS LATER. I CALLED THEM AND THEY SENT ME REPLACEMENTS BUT THESE ONES ALSO CAME BROKEN TO ME, THEY WOULD NOT CHARGE OR TURN ON. I BELIEVE THAT THEY ARE SENDING THESE BROKEN PHONES ON PURPOSE. I CALLED THEM FOR 4-5 DAYS NOW TO GET THIS SOLVED AND THEY TELL ME THAT I HAVE TO SEND THE BROKEN ONES BACK AND THEN THEY WILL SEND ME THE REPLACEMENTS. I FEEL IF I DO SEND ALL THE BROKEN PHONES THAT THEY WILL SCREW ME AND NOT SEND THE REPLACEMENTS. SO I TOLD THEM SEND ME WORKING PHONES AND WHEN I SEE THAT THEY WORK AND THERE ARE NO PROBLEMS WITH THE PHONES I WILL SEND BACK THE BROKEN ONES. I HAD TO CANCEL MY 3 ACTIVE LINES WITH VERIZON WIRELESS BECAUSE OF THIS. THAT MEANS I HAVE TO PAY $350 CANCELLATION FEE FOR EACH LINE THAT WAS SHUT DOWN. THERE IS NO POINT TO HAVE ACTIVE PHONE LINES AND PAY EVERY MONTH FOR THEM WHEN THE PHONES DO NOT WORK. SO I HAVE FILED A REPORT WITH THE FTC AND THE BBB ABOUT EVERYTHING THAT HAS BEEN DONE AND SAID TO ME OVER THE PHONE. THE ONLY PROBLEM IS THAT SOMEONE ELSE HAD LISTENED TO THE WHOLE CONVERSATION AND IS A WITNESS TO THIS. ALL I WANT IS THE PHONES TO BE REPLACED, ONCE DONE I WILL HAVE NO PROBLEM SENDING THE BROKEN ONES BACK. BUT NOT BEFORE. MY NEXT STEP IS TO GO TO SOMEONE HIGHER UP IN THE COMPANY. I MIGHT EVEN EMAIL THE OWNER OF AMAZON AND SEE WHAT HE HAS TO SAY ABOUT THIS...... GET AMAZON WIRELESS TO REPLACE MY BROKEN PHONES AND WHEN I SEE THAT THEY ARE WORKING AND NOT DEFECTIVE THEN I WILL SEND BACK THE BROKEN ONES. IF THEY REFUSE THEN I WANT COMPENSATION FOR THE AMOUNT OF MONEY I HAVE TO PAY BECAUSE OF CANCELLING THE ACTIVE LINES WITH VERIZON WIRELESS. I'AM GOING TO POST THIS ON MY FACEBOOK PAGE, MY BLOG AND MY TWITTER PAGE AND THEN I AM GONNA FILE COMPLAINTS ON ALL THE CONSUMER COMPLAINT WEBSITES. THEN I AM GONNA TELL EVERYONE I KNOW NOT TO BUY FROM AMAZON OR AMAZON WIRELESS. TRUST ME THE INTERNET IS A VERY POWERFUL TOOL TO USE .....I MIGHT EVEN REPORT THIS TO A BUNCH OF NATIONAL NEWSPAPERS ALSO. I REALLY DO NOT THINK THAT AMAZON WIRELESS NEEDS THIS EXPOSURE. SO JUST DO WHAT I ASK AND REPLACE MY PHONES AND U WILL GET UR BROKEN PHONES BACK SO SIMPLE AND EASY TO DO.......

Amazon closed my account and steal my money

Hello I have 250 $ in my gift cards account at amazon, and I made order for mobile Nokia , and sent them prepaid card details to use it in my method payment, but they closed my account with no reason and steal my money, I sent many emails but there is no answer, I don't know what I should do? I can't believe that they are diffidently thieves , I used to buy from many websites , and it is my first time to face this problem . can any one help me please? How can I get my money back? Thanks

I used to be a seller on amazon.co.uk. Because I got too many customers complaining about one product, that amazon failed to describe properly.

Amazon suspended my account and took over 3000 GBP!! I should receive my money back in 90 days, which is *** lot of a time.

Think again if you want to sell something on amazon.

Very risky business and amazon do not care if customer left you negative feedback because postman left parcel outside his house.

I have just had the same exact thing happen to me and they will not give me any excuse except that the gift card was invalid, which is wasn't. That is all they keep telling me.

They are a huge rip off and I will NEVER order from them again. The relative that gave me the gift card is extremely mad and cannot even get his money back from the gift card now.

Amazon seller ripped me off

I bought a used textbook for my Chemistry 101 class online from amazon, they were having a good deal available so I snagged a new copy for a relatively low price. When the book makes it to my door it is in a perfectly fine box and when I first opened it the packing was all intact. But when I opened the packaging all the way I saw a scratch right across of the top of the book, and it is very noticeable. I later also saw a price tag on the book that said $4. When I contacted the seller he denied he shipped it out with a sticker or scratch, and when I contacted Amazon they said that they would look into this issue. It is now the end of October and this claim was brought up in june, as I have been waiting for some compensation for getting ripped off over 50 dollars for buying a supposedly new book. Amazon is just bad, they dont care for consumers who put their money and faith into used sellers. They need either customer service or regulation on used items, or both. Still waiting on the response as of now.

Amazon.com stole my money - acct under review

I bought $250 worth of merchandise from amazon using gift cards that were bought for cash. Once I redeemed the gift cards, they put my account under review. I called customer service, but it turns out its only an answering service. I was promised every time they would get back to me in 24 hours and nobody ever got back. They told me my account was under review. Order was placed in September, and no resolution until now. Seems like Amazon is stealing clients' money especially money they control like gift cards or money from amazon merchants that they can freeze at will. I will wait another week for a resolution and then I will file a claim in small claims court. I will never again buy anything from Amazon. Having read other customers/vendors feedback it seems like this policy of stealing funds from customers/vendors is new. Customers and vendors beware! And if you have the time and money, sue them and publicise your case anyway you can (i.e. youtube, print media, investigative journalists, blogs, etc). They must pay!

backed out and partially crushed the box .

Contents barely survived. Very unhappy with ONTRAC delivery service .

I recently also bought gift vouchers and cashed them in to make purchases. The numbers were all accepted as were the purchase orders, but later all trace disappeared and I never received anything.

Contacting Amazon.com on this was a nightmare. I probably need to drive myself to India or Bangladesh into that call center to solve the problem.

One thing is certain, I will never buy on amazon again and recommended to my friends and acquaintances not to do so either.

I don't have an answer for you, but I have used Amazon.com for many years now and really like it. It is easy to use, all their merchandise is delivered promptly and in good shape.

However, I have never had a problem with them, either.

I suspect they are like Netflix----they give wonderful service at a good price, but when something goes wrong, you play *** trying to talk to a real person who can solve your problem. It sounds like you have something that causes a "glitch" when ordering, but only Amazon.com can tell you what.The fact that this happens whether you use your own card or a prepaid one is suspicious and would indicate it is not the card(s) themselves that is causing the problem.If you cannot get thru to a real person, I too would never use them again, either.

Amazon review in Red River, New Mexico: No directions.....

I recently purchased a Cone Shaped air breather kit. Chrone covers and good quality finish. Heres the rub. In the sales they say that they do not include instructions for instalation. Ok it must be pretty simpe to install, Therefore no need for instructions. I have a v-twin(M109R) so there's not a lot of pluming there. The problem is suporting these fairly heavy steel parts. I have been building custom bikes since 1999. I have turned out 27 bike of every kind. The problem is not can I build support brackes to mount. It's simply they fact that they include several little brace type parts and about 16 screws 2 of which will fit nothing. I just supicous why no name on the parts and no contact information included in the kit....... no name on anything...... Whats type of products is Amazon selling?
