Because I think I been scamed for a play station card it was put on my bill by someone who said I need one for a prime membership
She was really concerned about what happen to me. That someone tried to scam me.and told me in order to get my Prime membership.
That I had to order a PlayStation card so that they can use the number. And I went for it so I did and they told me to get a app called Ask A Desk. And give them the number off that it sent me. So I dont know what happen but my card didnt have any money on it any way.
That was scary. My daugther said that it was a scam when I told her I was renew my Amazon Prime. She said you all wouldnt have had me do that. And gave by me customer service phone number.
Its a number online that is fraudulent and it has Amazon customer Service on it with a fake phone number. And you all were kind and Investigate it.
And the card didnt go threw because it wasnt enough funds on my card at that time. So everyone watch out they are putting false numbers on line for customer service.
User's recommendation: To make sure they are talking to the right people before you give your information out. Amazon Customer service workers are really kind And They wouldn’t ask the things the man asked me to do. Just to get a $100 play station card.
