Charges unrecognized from recorded message

I need to be able to verify transactions recorded as bookstore. This is the way Chase Bank said you record charges on the Amazon accounts. I need to know what they are for.

Charge of $14.99 taken out of account Each month that was not authorized. Do not like Amazon prime. Do not like it and do not use Amazon prime. Please remove account that was no authorized. Again remove account. I do not want Amazon prime.

Back in August I got a order and returned a try before you buy Children's Place 4 pack cargo pants. Order was excepted. Then I got a notice that 1 item was missing and was going to be charged for the total order. All items were returned. Then I got notice that the account was clear of any charges. Then Thursday I get another notice saying I'm being charged $55 for the pants. So I called and hopefully this has been totally n finally cleared off my account. I appreciate the helpful Representative. Thank you... Sharon Thompson Oh by the way I'm not sure about the "Pissed Off" customer complaints

Because I think I been scamed for a play station card it was put on my bill by someone who said I need one for a prime membership

She was really concerned about what happen to me. That someone tried to scam me.and told me in order to get my Prime membership.

That I had to order a PlayStation card so that they can use the number. And I went for it so I did and they told me to get a app called Ask A Desk. And give them the number off that it sent me. So I dont know what happen but my card didnt have any money on it any way.

That was scary. My daugther said that it was a scam when I told her I was renew my Amazon Prime. She said you all wouldnt have had me do that. And gave by me customer service phone number.

Its a number online that is fraudulent and it has Amazon customer Service on it with a fake phone number. And you all were kind and Investigate it.

And the card didnt go threw because it wasnt enough funds on my card at that time. So everyone watch out they are putting false numbers on line for customer service.

User's recommendation: To make sure they are talking to the right people before you give your information out. Amazon Customer service workers are really kind And They wouldn’t ask the things the man asked me to do. Just to get a $100 play station card.

I am still waiting to hear back from the seller MOLESUM if they will send me the correct desk or if they can send the larger size. Also, I do not feel that it is fair to charge me a shipping returns fee since they sent the wrong product. I do not want to pay return shipping and as a long-time Prime member, this should be taken care of. I have attached the picture of the beautiful L- shaped multicolored desk I order with the Drafting table and shelves and the second picture is the very yellow plain desk I received.

Problem with login into account

I worked with two customer service reps to get back into my original account. The issue was getting a OTP code from an authenticator app. I emailed my photo ID to prove I was the holder of the account. However; the fix was temporary. In total frustration I just created a new Amazon account.

Return is not getting initiated

I had a Rep from Amazon customer service today. In all my years I have not encountered such patience. See was truly amazing. She stayed with me over 45 mins until the issue was resolved. I think her name was Mucci, can't quite remember. However, I hope this review helped her out to some degree.

Extra charges and account hacked

Account was hacked. Unauthorized charges made. Contacted Amazon several times to disable my payment methods. They did not assist at all. Ended up having to close mine and my husbands cards after spending 7 hours on the phone with numerous Amazon staff. Still dont know how much in unauthorized charges we have and dont know if Christmas gifts will be arriving!

The customer rep was no help.

I received a message from you that I cancelled an order for 4 season set of Yellowstone. I didnot cancel this. The customer rep just said it was cancelled the same day I placed the order. I told ger it was coming from one of your vendors Poshmark and she said "No it was coming from Amazon" She couldn't reorder it for me, she said I had to go back on line and order it again. No help at all.
