They took money off my credit card with out permission

I ordered a service for $13. and now they've taken money out of my account twice. one is for $16. and the other one's $124. I tried to cancel my service last night. and now I have these charges. I need that money put back on to my account.

Being charged for something that i'm not using.

Amazon is still charging for prime membership but the items aren't coming in two days anymore. Another problem is when they can't get the money from one card they just charge whatever card that you have on file until they get the money.

Fraud activity

I have resolved concern thanks to excellent customer phone service! (It just took too long to speak to live person.) There was no way of confirming without speaking to customer that the phisherman was not successful and in truth the $7,800 purchase was bogus!

User's recommendation: Nervous clients concerning fraud should first put info into google. The fact that I could not verbally confirm only attempted scam was terrifying!

Can't log in my account

Amazon - Can't log in my account
When I try to change my password it is asking for OTP and I have some orders in my cart I need to check out but I am not sure what is going! And this needs to be a fixed ASAP before someone uses my cards because I am starting to feel like I am being hacked my phone number doesnt even work anymore so someone had to change things in my account!
