Hello my name is John and I live in Franklin Park Illinois. I also have a prime membership, unfortunately for quite some time now.
I placed an order online with Amazon and the customer service department are full of idiots.
90% of the department are from the middle east and cannot grasp anything that is not on their promp card. Also, why put someone who cannot speak English to where the customer can understand them. And honestly, I believe that they CANNOT understand what the customer is asking.
The order was to have a screen door catch. The same order had some cracker jack that was for my family.
Now both items were placed 2 days ago with Amazon prime shipping.
One of the items is being out for delivery through their Melrose park Illinois hub.
The other item is being SHIPPED IN FLORIDA. FLORIDA IS A BIT AWAY FROM ILLINOIS.
I've gone through 3 regular customer service agents and 1 supervisor for Amazon customer service. NONE OF THEM GRASP THE PROBLEM. THE ITEM IS AT LEAST ONE DAY AWAY.
Now I did place the order on the 13th of the month and it is now the 15th.
But the item is in Florida. I have to install it on the 16th at 7am.

- Amazon hires idiots
Preferred solution: Get rid of the incompetent employees. The people who pick the order. And the customer service department. All of the agents are complete idiots.
User's recommendation: Beware of the customer service department, nobody understands anybody.
The item was listed at $7.49, but I was charged $21.. I ordered 2 and 1 showed upharged
User's recommendation: Double check what Amazon charges you and forget it if you need help.
Oder I wish to cancel and getting "cannot cancel"
