Payment

I got an email staying that this order was cancelled. Order Number: 111-041****-761****; This order was cancelled by Amazon, but the automatic deduction is still coming out of my account. Taking way long in shipping

I ordered DVDs from multiple sites and I'm getting delay after delay in when my orders are going to be sent to me. I ordered all these movies to keep me from going completely Batshit Crazy while "under house arrest". President Trump, local government and the CDC are incohoots with each other and not doing a dam thing to help "us" who are out of work You see you were are last hope for this boredom and you have joined countless others in prolonging my boredom. I Vlog for a living with the Horror Movie Conversations, Theaters shutting down, and Film Festivals canceling or rescheduling just prolongs my unemployment. What am I supposed to do "Go to the Winchester and wait for this to all blow over" (Shaun of the Dead) I'm sitting here just twiddle my thumbs waiting for this whole DAM pandemic to be over good thing is I'm stocked up with toilet paper LOL.

Fraudulent activity

I received a phone call stating there was suspicious activity on my Amazon account, that an Apple i phone had been purchased in the amount of over $700.00 and I should contact Amazon at an 888 number that was given out twice but I didn't have a pen, so I could not write it down. However, the phone number that contacted me and gave me this information was not the same number as the 888 number. That number was: 480-432-****. If there has been fraudulent activity on my account involving a purchase like that I assure you that I didn't make it, your attendance to this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Password problem

I got a warning I should change my Amazon password, however I was not able to confirm the expiration date for the credit card security question. And now I can't access my Amazon account at all. I tried calling the phone number and it's not in service due to covid-19. Is there a different challenge question I could answer besides the expiration date for that credit card in order to access my account?

Unrecognized charges

I was checking my card account and notice that you debit from my credit card the amount for both things.
