If you go to your orders under your account page you should be able to cancel pending transactions

Acct locked

My account is locked due to a fraud charge. I can't call any number because of COVID-19 and speak to a representative, and I am unable to do it online because my account is locked. Amazon customer service is incredibly subpar and disappointing currently and has completely refused to listen to me or offer help.

Amazon refuses to answer, they are not going to fix their problem, so will have to live with receiving wrong stuff and losing money

Taking money out my account

Amazon has charged both of my cards multiple times when i dont even have an account ! Then when i call they want account information , pls tell me how Can i provide that when again as stated before I DONT HAVE A PRIME ACCOUNT!

Charges on my account I didn't use

I was charged for Amazon Prime twice in one month. I was also charged for $5.00 for Starz and $14.99 for HBO which I didn't sign up for nor do I want. I talked to a representative at synchrony bank issued by Amazon store card...they told me 2 weeks ago I would be refunded the amount of $47.53 and I still haven't received a credit to my account. I called back the bank 2 times they directed me to amazon and I have called several times no answer tried online chat and it's not available tried finding an email address impossible. I just want my refund/ credit I want any auto subscription cancelled etc...so I can pay my bill in the correct amount. Thank you

Amazon - They lied
I ordered a cloth mask waited 2weeks for delivery only to find out it came from the virus hot spot China. Now I cant even let others know, it wont let me review the product on the website.

User's recommendation: Don’t be fooled by the fake info that says it comes from California.

Answer to my question?

I cancelled my prime 2 months ago and you are still taking my money

Please refund any money you took from my account from when I ordered 1 little *** for my stovetop. As you can see I haven't made any further purchases since. I don't know if I will either. Thank you for your immediate attention
