- - They won't switch my phone number for the 1099.
- - They give a run-around and say it's fixed, but it isn't.
- - The number change wasn't updated after I asked.
This company is the worse to work for with Amazon flex. They dont want to switch phone numbers to receive the 1099 so you can file taxes instead they just give you the run around and said it will get taken care of which it hasnt been taken care of since February when I started asking for it.
The phone number was changed while still working for them and they didnt update it like asked. So now Im going to be penalized due to the fact that they wont switch phone numbers so I can get my 1099 and refuse to send me to corporate office or to their tax central people to get my 1099. Still aint got no 1099. All they keep doing is beating around the bush.
Filed a complaint with the better business bureau and with the irs. So done and over it with this company.
Nobody seems to know what or how to do their job. Pathetic!

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. Never arrived but issued a full refund. Don’t trust they’ll send or rush replacements just ask for refund.
Said delivery was not. Called, they said they'd expedite the product.
STILL WAITING on the product they supposedly expedited. Didn't offer to refund for non-delivery.

was nearly killed by a scooter that I purchased, and it was the sixth one that I bought, and the seller would not return my money because he wanted a picture of the scooter I was in a coma for two weeks. I was in the hospital for a month.
I had to learn how to walk again. This person wanted a picture. The *** scooter almost killed me.
The brakes went out in San Francisco. The first time I wrote it.
The first test drive left me two weeks in a coma. One month in the hospital followed by a hospice center; learning how to walk again. A shattered pelvis was a nightmare. Brakes went out in San Francisco.
After returning home, I requested a refund for the scooter. The seller demanded a picture of the scooter. I was not exactly conscious enough to take a photograph of the scooter after the accident. I am not even sure what happened to the scooter.
I explained to them and offered a 439-page medical report. They refused my request; Amazon did nothing. I also sent back an iPhone 12 Pro Max with a receipt. Amazon claimed they did not receive the iPhone.
They stated it had been too long, and the refund was denied!
This is exceeding $2000.00 and nothing to show for it. This is just the beginning of the shenanigans.

They returned my money to my account
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund.
Amazon used my checking account without authorization. They were supposed to charge items to my credit card; instead, they billed my bank account without permission.
I’ve paid for my order in completion and it’s saying order reprovision
I've paid for my order, and it's saying payment provision, but I know I paid the money off my cards. I have the virtual receipt.

My order got canceled because of using a different card They said I could reorder but wouldn't arrive in time for Christmas. That's why I ordered early.
They were supposed to call me back in 15 minutes. Nevered did!! Said I didn't have enough funds on card after me stating to them differently. I'll never order again from them!!

I never imagined your team would act so carelessly - you blocked my business account despite me writing to you to unblock it.Who are you (online support) or how can you not write to me by email for so long?Before I bought a gift card, I wrote to you that it was me and I had to buy some, and you wrote to me that you would take it into account. However, the result is completely different now.
Our account has been blocked on your side, based on the email you sent (please see the attached message). Despite changing the password, we are still unable to access the account. As far as I know, this issue occurred because we purchased a gift card for our company's PlayStation.

Why did Amazon deliver an expired product to me?
Amazon delivered my product yesterday. But I opened the packet and found that my product was expired.
Why did Amazon deliver expired goods to me? That's why I want to refund it.
Or want my money back. please help me please.

Your issue is with the scooter’s manufacturer. The phone was beyond the return window.
