Keep asking for a video of the recliner when amazons Send me barcode To put in the boxes and to repact them. So my husband And I spent two hours fixing And putting it back in the boxes and put the barcodes in the boxes to ship back.
The company still hasn't sent return labels to send them back. This time when they wanted pictures I sent picture of the 2 boxes ready to send back.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. After searching the internet on mulitiple sites, I was finally able to find a way to contact Amazon.
They make it so hard that they hope people will just forget about it and move on. Do not give up and let them take advantage of you.
I have been trying for almost 60 minutes to report a missing package on your site. It just keeps taking me to the same place that is totally useless and has no point of contact.
When I click on it was delivered but it is not here, it takes me to a place wanting me to hit, "Nevermind, Take me back to shopping, or I'm good". What kind of BS is that?
I have searched numerous articles and they all show ways that don't exist. Since you do not wish for me to contact you, I will be in contact with my credit card company

I purchased a $100 gift card from amazon.com for my sons birthday. I live in one state, he lives in another.
He texted me this morning to tell me that the card was not activated. I contacted Amazons customer service. Initially I spoke with a gentleman who asked me for a claim number that was supposedly on the back of the card. I told him every number that was on the back of the card (my son having sent me a copy of the back of the gift card) they kept saying theres a scratch off area where the claim number should be.
There is no scratch off area on the card other than the three digit code. I kept telling them this, but no one seems to be able to get a hint. I was then transferred to a woman and went through the same questions from her. They asked me two different times who I bought the gift card from and I told them I bought it from Amazon.
To make a long story short they referred the matter to their gift card resolution department. I was told I had to wait 24 to 48 hours before my son would be able to use his gift card. I asked how he could use it when it was never activated and I was told to just wait. I am extremely aggravated and annoyed at the lack of customerservice I received.
All I want is my money refunded to my credit card..
$100 may not be a lot of money to Jeff Bezos, but it is to me, and I resent spending money and getting nothing in return. To say I am livid would be an understatement.

I got a letter saying Order #114-015****-887**** was not received. It was shipped UPS with several other returns, which were received.
