Return of Merchandise "window" is often too brief

Given the demands of my small business and summer time constraints, I was unable to return an unused item within the one-month window that Amazon requires. There was absolutely no leniency at all in the Amazon policy. Given the amount of revenue this company generates and Jeff Besos abundant wealth, this policy troubles be greatly. For this reason, I demanded a full refund of the yearly Prime fee that I was charged earlier this month without my authorization. I also provided notice to Amazon that I will no longer do business with this company; they don't give a damn. Shopping locally works best for me!

An acknowledgement that returning an item within 30 days is sometimes not possible. I own a small business that is most productive in the summer months and cannot always meet this strict timeline. Get real, Amazon and Jeff Besos!

Worst customer service

Called customer service so many times yet not heard back call disconnects all the time so pathetic. My order is getting payment denied not sure whats going on

My product was not in the bag. It was dropped at the front door with the bag empty. The delivery woman helped me search the truck but no luck.

112-454****-388**** this item was returned via UPS one day after I requested the return. It was picked up by UPS many weeks ago. The website says its in transit, I was re-charged on my credit card today. I dont know when you received it from UPS can you please help.

Prices change over night

Put a item in my cart, I was going to order the next at ther specifed amount but over night the price went up 30 dollars. Can I still get it at the specified amount before it went up?

Missing package

Amazon website indicated the package was handed to a resident of this apartment complex, but no indication of whom it was given to or from what apartment, and I never got it. The day it was supposed to be delivered, a driver had rung my bell and called out my name as I came downstairs, but the package he left was for another resident in another apartment. When I pointed this out to him, he said he did not have another package for me, and that maybe a later driver would deliver it. I wonder if the mix-up happened then, and whether a package really was handed to another resident or not.

User's recommendation: I called Amazon customer service, and a replacement at no charge is being sent; I can definitely recommend Amazon customer service.

Order never arrived

Tracking Callum says package was left with resident. What resident? The package was never brought to my address, the drop-off info was too vague. It shows no drop of address or name to resident, it's my suspicion that your carrier s are steeling people's products and pretending they deliver them. This is not excusable.

Multiple charges on my card

I never joined Amazon Prime. We have been charged $12.99 2 months in a row. I ordered something in August from Amazon Mkt. That is the first time ever to order from you. The first charge was sent in error but the one this month was not eliminated. I am not happy with this. You need to remedy this!!!Check your

Not sure what happened

I ordered Roblox cards to get it today it said it was pending still havent gotten anything it said my order is still pending after I did this this morning it was a birthday gift

Amazon ID. Order: 111-882****-908****. I canceled this order before it reached my house. It is a LG Electronics LG 8,000 BTU Heated and Cooled Window Air Conditioner with WiFi Controls, LW8021HRSM, 13,880, White. ASIN: B094X3FKD8. The fact is that they charged me $ 544, I canceled the order on November 1, 2021, until today they have not returned the money to my account. I contacted Sylvane for the refund and they say that it is Amazon who will give me the money back.
