Trying to get into my account

No longer have phone that get OTP info to get into my account so as I can change my payment options as credit card on your file has been deleted because of a fraudulent change. Need to update my info: reset phone number I now have and update new payment information. It is impossible for me to get into my account and if I can not then I'll let my account laps and I'll set-up another one. Doing my best to fix things beyond the way Amazon has set things online trying to get into my account.

I wanna change my Subscription

Fraud and passing the buck for third-party sellers

Well, this is not the first time the first time before this I took me four months to get back a fraudulent claim that somebody had processed a purchase through my credit cards through Amazon after being a 15 year Customer and it took me four months to get that money back This time I have bought a couch and they did not deliver the third box to put it together a autistic childs couch, and they dont even care. They just keep giving me the runaround and I had to go buy a couch at Ashley instead of buying a couch through them.

Ive got this thing sitting in my front room and they wont even give me a shipping label if somebody to pick it up and get it out of here cause they did not ship the third box and they just keep making the excuse. Oh its a third-party seller, but Amazon trucks delivered it , Amazon is responsible for a handicap couch that he did not get for Christmas and they dont care they just keep acting like ambulance chaser tactics

Can't access prime on TV

It's *** You want my credit card info, I'm already a paid account customer. Prime TV won't load for over 1 week, NO HUMAN CONTACT. But keep billing for a service that isn't able to be viewed. I want my account credited for services not rendered by viewing Prime TV

Its terrible having to deal Amazon Card people It symphony bank and you differently dont want them , they also do PayPal and Sams Club and many more. They worst ppl to deal with and treat you like crap even though I have 801 credit rating they told they dont trust me to pay and lowered my card to $700 funny thing is I have.

Charges in the upper $3000 + ranges mainly for fuel on my business account My other business account has still $5000 and my PayPal well its 5 digit account. So how can they call me names lower my card lol they begging me to keep all my money in the PayPal account. Not after they basically called me trash on one of my business accounts.

Ive since then closed my personal and business accounts. Be forward they idiots and treat you like crap stay away from them.

Prime membership

No one in customer service seems to be able to reinstate my membership. It expired because my debit card had fraudulent activity and a hold was placed on my card so no one could use it even me. I had to wait for a new one and in the mean time neither the app., nor website nor customer service could reinstate me. Customer service was supposed to send a link but I never received one. Yes I'm a pissed off consumer considering all the money I have spent at their business.
