They let you in but you will never get out again, and don't even try to get in contact with Amazon,, they have made an art form out of avoiding contact of absolutely any kind or method with the public, just pay your money shut your mouth and buy more stuff and pay more money. While they mine your data While you pay for th privilege, WHAT A SCAMAZON.

Account tech issues

Amazon - Account tech issues

Something is wrong with my account. As you can see in attached photo, when I do a search or click on an item filtered by prime, the item does not say prime for me to know if it is under prove.

It no longer shows estimated delivery dates either. I CANNOT use my account this way!

It also says at checkout that delivery date will emailed once shipped.

I have tried:

Signing out of and back into account on iPad app and safari website. Signing out of app on Samsung phone, as well as laptop computer.

I have deleted app and added in on all 3 devices.

Restarted all devices.

I have changed password

If I sign out, the app and website look correct. When I sign in, the info goes away.

I have made MANY CALLS AND CHATS.

Each associate gives me different directions. None work. I've been told my issue is reported. No change.

Today they had me CANCEL prime and sign back up and pay for new year.

She would not stay on line with me bc she was sure it would work. It did not. She promised me an $80 refund for prime I had payed and not used until May 2024.

I see no notification.

I have repeatedly asked to talk to IT Dept. No one will do that.

Is there no one to please help me???

Non receipt of item

Okay I have made many calls the first customer service rep said I would have it by the 9th of January. Second customer service rep read me what I can read that it is at customs. She put me on hold for 20 mins and I had to leave. So no I still don't know where my order is and I have ordered this face cream many times. No-one at Amazon.com cares. My only recourse is to cancel and get a refund it seems.

User's recommendation: what can I say I live in Canada and Amazon Canada is great I get help and can always reach a customer service rep. But Amazon.com you might as well deal with a robot and that won't help you either.

Ordered 4 copies of Visual History of the world on 12/5. They had not shipped as of two days ago. I called Amazon and they cancelled and reordered my books. Stilll not shipped according to their tracking info. On Amazon site the promise same book can arrive before Christmas

Delivery issue

I entered that the delivery address was open Monday- Friday from 8am-4pm. They attempted delivery at 5:30. I was then told they would attempt delivery the next day on Saturday when they were not open. The customer service agent assured me they would not attempt delivery on Saturday but on Monday. They did not deliver on Monday and by mid afternoon on Tuesday I cancelled the delivery. I have not received a refund of my money.
