AMAZON WIRELESS AND THE WAY THEY DO THINGS

I got approved by Verizon Wireless to have 5 lines on my cell phone account, and I currently only have one active phone on my account. So I went to Amazon Wireless and ordered 3 Samsung Galaxy Nexus phones, and it says on their website under my orders that I should get these phones by July 30th 2012. I called and I told that Verizon Wireless had approved the add a lines to my account but is being held up because of Amazon Wireless. I was told that my orders have been flagged by them and that it can now take up to 1-3 business days for it to be cleared off and before the phones are even shipped out to me. I am not going to have to keep going thru this with them but they are the only 3rd party website that is offering the Samsung Galaxy Nexus for a penny! All I want done since it was approved by Verizon Wireless is for the order to be pushed thru so it can finally be shipped to me so I can get the phones and be on my merry little way. But no Amazon Wireless wants to drag its *** and take forever with everything. Now I know why everyone is pissed with them and that they have such a bad reputation is because of things like this that they pull on people and making them wait forever. They can't even email u and to let u know what is going on or anything. All I want is the phones I ordered from them!!!!!!!!!!!!

Amazon lost one of my orders!

I decided to send my daughter who moved to Texas some kitchen utensils that she could use. Half the order got there and when I complained to Amazon that she only received half my order they searched and found out that UPS found the box in a warehouse in Houston and it was empty. They decided that it was not their fault so there was nothing they could do. I thought if you paid for something through a company they were responsible for it! What a bunch of ***. I'll never order anything from them again and I own a business myself and talk to a lot of my customers about how I got ripped off.

Amazon Wireless Lie To Much

I placed my first order with Amazon Wireless on July 18th 2012 for 3 Samsung Google Nexus 4g phones and was told the delivery date would be on July 23rd 2012, Everything was fine until on the 20th when they sent me a email telling me the order was cancelled because of their so called reason was the the addresses did not match, how can that be when the addresses are the same in billing and shipping. Amazon Wireless makes no sense at all. I was told since the order was cancelled the I could feel free to reorder with the correct address. So I did and placed the same order with the same phones and service and plan on July 20th 2012 and this is what happened, they send me a email telling me it needs to go thru a manual review and to call them, which I do and they called Verizon Wireless and did the credit check and I was told that my order was approved by Verizon Wireless. I have all the emails to show what was said to me. I try to access my account on Amazon Wireless to see the status of my order and then I can not get into it, so I can them and I'm told that my account and order are all on hold due to further review. So I got tired of waiting on Amazon Wireless to do what they need to do and get my order to me. So I called Verizon Wireless directly and set up a new account with them and ordered and phone to get the account started and activated thru them. So now I call Amazon Wireless and tell them to just cancel the whole order and I will reorder the phones once my account is active. They tell me I have to wait 24 hours for someone to get back to me and I was told that same thing yesterday. I know it will be the same thing tomorrow when I call and over and over again. Amazon Wireless is really a bad company and their customer service is the worse I have ever dealt with. They really need to take a look at how these people handle the calls and what they are telling people on the phone because I have a feeling it is the wrong info. If anything can be done I want my order either cancelled and my email address taken off of hold, or just send me the phones that I had ordered.

Amazon ripped me off

Amazon sold me a bike and when it arrived it arrived without the fork! So I complained and they gave me another fork that would not fit my bike! And now they want me to give back the old fork (without paying for international shipment) and they would send me a "correct" fork (witout paying the international shipment fees!). And it's not the firs time that something like that has happened to me with Amazon, they are a very fraudulent company. So, that bike has been 6 months now and I haven't moved a single meter with it.

AMAZON - ATROCIOUS SERVICE & FULFILLMENT

I have been a very active buyer on AMAZON to help rebuild my CD / LP collection. I've bought around 1,000 such items in the last 6 months & have had consistent issues with AMAZON USA's very poor service. 1. On 2 occasions my account was confused with another customer & I discovered this when checking my checkout basket ( given the no' of errors AMAZON's cart to checkout process creates YOU must check this v.carefully ). It is quite clear AMAZON does not maintain customer account confidentiality or separation properly which is a huge issue. As usual my email complaint was given the typical banal reply. 2. AMAZON protects dangerous sellers. In 1 case an order I had confirmed & accepted was subsequently cancelled by the seller with no explanation. On contacting the seller I learnt the seller, despite enabling international shipping, had decided not to ship to me overseas & gave some meaningless excuse. However when I tried to leave feedback on the seller to warn other overeas buyers about this seller's appalling service AMAZON prevented me from doing so. Despite at least 10 emails to AMAZON stating my case it still has refused to allow me to provide feedback & this cynical seller continues to offer its products on AMAZON to overseas buyers. I have persistently requested AMAZON provides an explanation for its appalling protection of buyers from cynical sellers but got nowhere. The conclusion is AMAZON's system of seller ratings is ***. Sellers can 'game' the system at buyers' expense & AMAZON knows this & does nothing whatsoever about it. Even more ironically the worst seller on AMAZON is AMAZON itself yet you cannot rate its atrocious service ! 3). AMAZON's fulfillment service - for direct orders - is the worst of any seller I have experienced. The falure rate is vvv.high & the whole process is full of poor information, untruths & incompetence. The typical chronology is this : a). Order is confirmed but no news from AMAZON as to why order fulfillment is late - usually prompting a series of unhelpful emails essentially telling me they do not know why. b) after several weeks computerised email tells me shipment is late, normally with no reason given, & requesting approval. c) several months later another computerised email saying cannot fulfill the order with some improbable excuse. 4) AMAZON's customer service operation is appalling. In many cases the operators do not read my email & give factually inaccurate replies prompting me to have to reply yet again. If I persist AMAZON typically stops replying. I suspect the service centre in in INDIA as the quality of the english in their emails & inability to answer my query with a satisfactory answer is almost 100%. In all my queries I can nly think of 1 operator that provided me with a sane, constructive & helpful answer. The irony is AMAZON claims to be the world's most customer-centric company when it is the opposite - a cynical organisation that allows sellers to rip-off buyers, that provides an abysmal fulfillment service & has a dreadful customer service. Amazon closed my account

I've seen complaints about Amazon closing seller accounts. But I had a regular account, I was not selling anything and just bought items from them. I presented them my reasons for reopening my account politely and asked to reconsider. Someone in customer service (cis@amazon.com), who doesn't even use his or her name, just replies with standard response basically telling me to *** off. I doubt this person even reads what I write. So what I want now is to somehow find an e-mail address of his/her superior and ask again. Also I do not know whether suing them actually works with international customers but I can find that out when I consult my lawyer.
