Wrong gift shipped

I received the wrong gift which was extremely heavy. So the gift I wanted they said I had to reorder and would never get it for Christmas. And they said I had to ship the other item which was a work bench back. I had to be home for someone to pick it up. They did nothing to make this mistake better.

I called on Dec 24 telling you I havent got my packages that says delivered you guys told me to wait until Monday It is Tuesday I still havent received my AirPods this is unacceptable and I have gone through a lot of emotional distress because I could not provide my mother a gift she wanted and you said was delivered which it wasnt

Careful with Amazon. They are a big company, and consequently, behaving as such. Processes that used to be efficient are now a hassle. Besides, prices are different each time you log on, and change all the time.

My account is on hold because of my Visa card and it won't go off of hold

I tried to buy something with my Visa card that I got from Walmart but the issue is I tried to but something while it wasnt activated then I activated it and it shows that I bought the item then a day later it I tried to buy something else and it put my account on hold because it said my billing information was incorrect

A problem with my account

It appears that Amazon has two similar email addresses for me. I have already had a new credit card number and card sent to me I need to talk to someone about the email addresses on my Amazon account

No help from customer service rep who can’t speak good English. Very very rude

Gift cards received at wrong address-my fault. 2 cards . One Dec 22 another Dec 21. Rep who spoke very poor English. Also advised him I was a senior citizen. No empathy etc. I spend too much money to be treated with this disrespect

Mishandling of packages delivered

Although I called to complain how my package was thrown over the fence instead of put in my delivery box, it has happened again. Most of the drivers properly put my packages where I ask them to. However, there are still some drivers who simply don't care about securing them. This can be a great loss to the Amazon company. If these drivers don't adhere to giving quality service, then they should be fired.
