Amazon in Bloomington, Illinois - Order still not here!

I ordered an item on amazon a week ago and still have not gotten it. I was suppose to get it 2 days ago and still haven't. I would not be so upset if it had arrived when it said it was going to. and each time i track the package it says out for delivery. I am starting to think that is not the case. I need this item quickly. Otherwise I would not be writing this complaint! so with that said yes i am pissed off at Fed ex at the moment! Please get me my package!

Amazon in Madison, Wisconsin - Advertising on TV

I can't believe you are one of the companies that doesn't want to advertise during the TV program "Last Resort" on ABC. It is the best show since the "West Wing". ABC canceled "Last Resort" because they can't make enough money on advertising. Well, your advertising is no longer going to work on me! I am 47 years old and won't even go out on Thursday nights for fear of missing an episode. Some times it can take months for views to "find" a good show. If you and ABC can live without "Last Resort", I can live without you and your product.

Amazon in Euclid, Ohio - Unfairly closed my gf account

Here's the story : I've helped my girlfriend set up her account so she can sell her inventory on Amazon. I don't have anything linked to her account : no bank account, no credit card, no personal information... What I didn't know was the fact that you can't have 2 sellers accounts. I've been on her account after going on mine (to print receipts because she doesn't have a printer) and that brought attention from Amazon. They sent me email to ask that I close HER account which is ridiculous because it isn't mine. Now, they blocked her account and suspended her funds because they suspect me of having 2 accounts. I've tried to reach them, but they've been somewhat not human. They told us they would keep the 2 accounts opened, but finally, they decided to close her account. Again, I do not profit from her account. What should I do? Amazon does not respond to my email anymore and they don't want to provide me information about why they finally closed her account. I did not expect this lack of cooperation from a corporation like Amazon. All my attempts to communicate fall on deaf ears; I get copy-and-paste responses that's all. Aside from Amazon rules, what in the world is wrong with having 2 accounts? We're all adults; what's wrong with opening accounts in each family member name? It's very common on eBay and any other online selling site. Amazon thinks they're gods. SUCKS.

Amazon Wireless Price Guarantee

I recently placed an order for a Verizon Samsung Galaxy S3 via Amazon Wireless. I noticed 3 days ago for $125 the price was dropped by $25. They price matched. Today the phone dropped to $75. They are not willing to price match. This is all after they originally sent me a defective Galaxy S3 where I had to pay the original $599 to have a new phone shipped. Supervisor Tom S. was rude and not helpful. It seems no one is when I call Amazon Wireless. Do not do business with Amazon Wireless because it all ends up being a headache.

Amazon in Port-Of-Spain, Port-Of-Spain - This made me cry

i literally was watching this item for so long wen i got it i was totally impressed now its 3 weeks since i have had it. and it is giving me a lot of problems i am from Trinidad and for the first time ever i cried over a phone call. my kindle speakers started to work only wen it wanted to, my kindle screen stopped turning wen i turned the kindle. i was unable to download apps due to geographical restrictions. i understand that i was considering just keeping the kindle and downloading my school books converting it and sending it to the kindle but there were more issues than i taught, but what really hurt me is the length of time i stood on the phone holding and doing the same thing over and over and there was still no help. i kept mentioning i was calling from Trinidad and they kept me on the phone for over and hour, my phone bill literally cut off in my ear while i was holding. my salary is very tight i have no idea how i am going to pay this bill now because its very expensive to call the us. i literally started crying after because i was so hurt that i spend my money on their product expecting a good service which was not given to me and the i got more of an expense trying to solve this problem by calling. i want to stop writing this review but i really cant i think that i might have to do a world wide review or something because now i am out TT$1500.00 and i have school fees to pay if they wanted me to stay on the phone to get money they could have just told me i have to send them US$50.00 which is TT$340.00 dollars i would have if it meant solving the problem. i would really like to be compensated but guessing by the response i don't think that i would be. i am crying and writing this review because amazon really hurt me. i work to hard for money for it to just be thrown away like that. and i don't cry, so this is really a first for me because it was involving my living expenses am on a tight budget people sorry to be so mean about it but i am really hurt.

Amazon.com unwilling to fulfill an order

I ordered a watch from Amazon on 19 October which was shipped on 20 October. This watch cost me $881 and I never received it. I have sent several inquiries into refund/replacement and keep getting the same response... wiat until such and such date. It is now over a month that Amazon has had my money but I still have not received either the watch I ordered, a replacement or a refund for my order. I keep getting the response that they don't want to refund/replace because I may have to return a shipment if the original where to happen to arrive. The most aggravating point of this whole thing is, I have received six different shipments from Amazon on orders that were all placed AFTER I ordered this watch.

Screwed by Amazon

I am very angry. I sold an item that fit into two large boxes. Amazon allotted me $20 for shipping.. that seemed low, but I guess they knew what they were doing.. (NOT!!!!) The two boxes cost $130.00 and when I filled in the shipping info.. there was room for only ONE box.. although I listed the additional info on the note section. I filed to get this resolved with Amazon.. They took a huge chunk of change for their fees.. and left me $110 out of cash.. (Man, I am beginning to serioiusly HATE Amazon..) Guess what I get back? NOTHING! I have filed again to address my forced $20 and the number of boxes... and they are ignoring me! I have been so screwed! I am out $130 at the holidays.. Amazon is ignoring me, and I have written to the buyer to explain that two boxes are arriving.. and the tracking numbers. So far.. not even the buyer is commenting. I am beginning to feel extremely vulnerable... like I am out shipping money, and now I am thinking.. "Did I get hacked on the sale?"

Don't sell on Amazon.

We opened an account about 7 months ago. We sent all of our products descriptions and images through spreadsheet. Apparently Amazon merges products and uses different descriptions with out notifying you. We constantly have to email amazon to correct images, descriptions, etc on top of it they would send us a email saying that we have listed products that did not matched our products. We sell through other venues and never had these problems. We end up checking every single item (3,000) we had listed and verified that what we sent is not what it was displayed on their website. After fixing the issue we got 2 bad reviews of 300 plus orders we did and Amazon decided to cancel our account and hold our funds. We found out that not only amazon hold the rudest customers database but also the cheapest ones. If a customer ordered the wrong item would request a return as it received different from what it was ordered. that way we would have to refund even if item was open and used. If you are considering on selling online don't use Amazon at the end you will loose
