Amazon Account Review

I have been a loyal customer to Amazon.com since 2009. Just want people to know that Amazon stalled $325 from my bank account and according to Jeff CEO that's the stands he's going to taken it's not gonna much no farther. They keep sending me emails that they refunded the bank but the bank keeps sending me investigations that there is no money sent to them so I'm out all that money and a printer.

Buyer Beware: James Simao scams me for $83,000. He told me that my money was lent to a creditworthy, collateralized borrower.

I was promised that I would get a great returns 20% interest! Unfortunately, I received the fake monthly reports stating my assets are producing great return! There are another 4 investors who lost money like me. But we know by now that many of reports are fake!!!

James Simao was charged Monday with 22 felony counts of grand theft and forgery for allegedly stealing more than $2 million from 18 investors and others over a 3 year period in which he allegedly maintained a lavish lifestyle.

James Simao has been under investigation since January and may face additional charges as the result of a federal probe. His investment company has been closed and forced into involuntary bankruptcy.

The owner was rude and threatening and posted my personal information for the anyone to obtain. I now have to try and get it removed and deal with his threatening emails. How can Amazon allow this? I hope that the issue is resolved. I ordered an ite it never arrived and tried to contact as it was meant to be a christmas gift. It is now too late to have the item by Christmas. I am outraged by the way this person put my personal info out there. I am worried because anyone can now find my address and personal info.

Order of Hon Desk | Amazon review from Helena, Montana

Amazon would not let me post this on their website. They stated that I could not post profane or obscene complaints. They took exception with my comment that this experience with the Hon desks was "terrible." I guess they felt that the work terrible is profanity or an obscenity. Here's my story, "The first desk I received was damaged. The process to return the desk and receive a second desk through Amazon Customer Service was incompetent. I had to deal with at least 5 customer service representatives in order to assure that the first desk would be removed and the second desk delivered. Then the second desk was also damaged. Dealing with Customer Service around the second desk was a fiasco and bordered on the theater of the absurd. Amazon Customer Service Representatives failed to acknowledge their errors in handling this situation and also provided erroneous information regarding the shipping agent. This experience was terrible and has made me question Amazon's mission statement "to be Earth's most customer-centric company." Amazon is neither customer centric or the Earth's best or most anything. I hope that anyone who reads this will reconsider the value of buying locally. It is unclear if this is a well made desk. What is clear that it is poorly boxed up in the warehouse (Amazon's warehouse????) and as a result subject to damage as it is shipped. Don't waste your money or time purchasing this on line...find a local business who sells office furniture and deal with them...they will probably treat you better than Amazon's Customer Service." I have received numerous generic emails about how sorry they were, but never at the time I was calling them to resolve the situation. In fact, they did not respond until I started bombarding their site with poor reviews of their Customer Service emails about how they were handling the return of the desks. Sincerely, Dana Hillyer

Amazon and HDFC are offering FAKE deals.

Product is ok but deal is FAKE. AMAZON and HDFC both are offering and making FAKE deals. I had placed an order for "HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 2545 All-in-One Color Printer" on 10th October, 2014 and I got delivery by 15th October, 2014. While placing an order, I got offered 10% Cash Back by HDFC Bank. But today is 17th December,2014 and i didn't receive my Cash Back. Whenever I tried to contact Amazon, every time their customer care person gives me the specific date but that was FAKE too. And this happens with me 4 times. I have a chat log intact with me in which they all guys mentioned me a fake date. THIS IS VERY FRUSTRATING SITUATION FOR ME. PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCT WHICH HAS SUCH FAKE PROMOTIONAL OFFERS. BANK AND AMAZON BOTH ARE USING FAKE MARKETING STRATAGIES TO SELL THEIR PRODUCTS BY MISGUIDING THE PEOPLE.

I payed for and expect 2 day shipping yet you(Amazon) can not even ship my order efficiently enough to receive 2nd day shipping? This is not the first time this has happened! Why is it that you(Amazon) will charge extra for 2 day shipping, next day shipping yet not be able or capable of actually shipping the order out. 2 day shipping means that if I place an order on say the 15th of December, early in the business day, that the order be shipped that day in order to receive said order within the 2 day shipping window. So why is it that every order from Amazon takes longer to process than it should? And why am I being charged extra for a shipping preference that you(Amazon) are unable to fulfill? I am disturbed that this happens so often through you, a company who wishes me to join Amazon Prime with such great benefits that you lack the ability to achieve. I bought today a Kindle Fire HDX 7", HDX Display, Wi-Fi, 64 GB (Previous Generation - 3rd), i bought it because there was a promotion on the right side showing 5 easy payments for it, for $50 / month, it seemed great (It was not financing, it was a promo)! After initiating the purchase, my card was charged for the entire amount. I called the customer service, of course they did not know which promo i was referring to, so i have decided to cancel my purchase. Believe it or not, i will have to wait for 10 days to get a refund. I make purchases all the time on Amazon, so i know what i saw. I did not take a screen shot of the purchase page, so it is my word against Amazon, too bad, after 10 years i will close my account. This is a scam and i am sure people get charged for the entire amount but they don't complain. I tried to repurchase the same product (but the promo was gone, one by IP address? Maybe.)

Bought a baby bottle steriliser from Amazon and when it arrived it was dirty and had clearly been used - it had limescale inside it and the on/off button had grime on it, the handle was dirty etc etc... It appeared to have been cleaned (not very well) and them repackaged as new. I called the customer service team, got through to someone who could barely speak English and didn't seem empathetic to my situation - no sign of an apology. All that was on offer from them was a replacement - 2 days later. And what am I supposed to do until then? I'm a busy mom; I haven't got time to go back to the dark ages and start boiling bottles on the stove! This is the third time Amazon has messed up in the space of a month. I'm just going to stick to eBay and Argos from now! They are not perfect but at least they have a decent customer care ethic!
