Amazon - Executive Team doesn't get it

No change. Actually no response either. Didn't even get anything via drones.

Amazon still has this "virtual" $30 sitting somewhere but won't give it to the cusomter to use as a gift.

I sit here letting everyone know how incredibly *** Amazon is. A now-former avid Amazon buyer hasn't purchased anything in 30 days and will not in the future.

Granted any company this big and amount of retail business is going to have complaints but mine is simple. Yet Jeff Bezos' Executive Team doesn't get (or refuses to get it). Went to Amazon to buy a $398 watch - last one in stock. Clicked on Purchase when Amazon - **Amazon did this** -generated a pop-up: Apply for an Amazon Credit Card and we'll take $30 off this purchase! Don't need another credit card but 30 bucks is 30 bucks, right? Wrong! Well I filled out the app and clicked Submit. I get a Amazon pop-up stating, "Our system is down right now." No $30 off. Well it was the last ("supposedly") watch of its type so I bought it for $398 thinking Amazon will contact me re: the app and give the $30. Nothing. Nada. Zilch. Zip. I had to contact Amazon. Sure enough I was right, Amazon's site was down right then and they want to make it good. They'll give me $30 credit. Now two months later I still don't see it on my statement. Not so fast, buster. Amazon: "We'll credit your Amazon account with $30." So now a month later I figure I'll use that $30 to buy a Christmas gift for someone who loves Amazon. Not so fast, buster #2. That is $30 promotional money. Promotional money? That means - and they literally fault me for NOT reading the Account Conditions when I bought the watch - I can't use promotional money to get a Gift Card. They totally dismiss my argument: If YOUR system had worked properly I would have paid $368 for the watch not $398 and had $30 CASH in my pocket – period. Amazon Executive Team, i.e., Bezos henchmen, refuse to answer, dismissing my argument and repeatedly tell me I should have read the Conditions Agreement. First and last time I deal with Amazon. Hopefully I'll be able to tell numerous people about this experience. That $30 "promotional money" will sit in Amazon's coffers forever.

well lesson learnt, it shows always read the terms and conditions, surprising the amount of people who don t and then complain. I know this from experience having worked in a bank for many years the customers complain about charges etc which are clearly stated in terms and conditions.

Don t blame a Company for keeping to rules that are set down you have to click to confirm you read terms and conditions so no use crying now. As I say lesson learnt

Amazon in stock fraud items to hold you

My car needs new brake Master Cylinder. I ordered from amazon available in stock and sold by amazone.com. After ordering my order delivery time went up to two months. Well i accepted that delivery time. One week before that time runs out i send a mail telling time soon running out. The Respond from amazon are to back order the product. It is not available and they will send me an email when it is? I told them that if they told me earlier i could have ordered a different Master Cylinder still working for same car that standing waiting. I ordered another one available in stock sold by amazon.com. The day after i got an email telling it will be sent 1 month later. I responded demanding Super fast free shipping! They replied with a Back order on even this Master Cylinder still at stock on the homepage. I think this company don´t at all thinking about any one buying more than get the money from them. All (20 different every time with strange names) support contact have never read previous contact and respond with pre made answers ending with "We appreciate your patience and understanding in this regard. We look forward to seeing you soon." I have tried to get them deleting my account but i have still not succeeded with that. Yesterday i ordered same Master Cylinder from E-Bay it was sent from seller 4 hours after ordering estimated delivery 1 week (Seller in USA me in Sweden). AMAZON just SUCKS BIG TIME! WARNING DON´T USE THEM!

A customer messaged me stating they had received an incorrect amount of an item. I looked at my listing and called Amazon customer service. The amazon rep. and I could not find an issue and just figured buyers remorse. The rep. told me what to say to the customer, as the item was not returnable for sanitary reasons. Amazon guarantee ***,refunded the item to the customer without telling me and then told them to keep the item! I am out the shipping cost AND the item. In the real world, that is stealing... Researched this issue and numerous sellers have had this issue...pretty sad. For the last two years I have had 100 percent feedback with excellent rating. This ONE person dropped me to 72 percent AND they wrote negative feedback after they got their money and kept the item. ***.

Ditto for me, except it was for a Playstation 4. Report these criminals to the Better Business Bureau.

If they get enough similar reports, they'll have to start squeezing Amazon's nuts a little harder. It sure must be nice for buyers to get their money back and get to keep the item. Report this crime of theft to the BBB website. It's easy to file a claim.

Mine took 10 minutes.

Amazon is still putting up a fight, but if enough of us stand up to them through the BBB, it proves that Amazon is codoning theft by these irresponsible and outrageous business practices. Fight 'em!!!

the company (Axtron) pretty much took my money ($850), made me sign up for an open vpn account, and thats it. Never hard back from them again..

Been calling and messaging them for weeks now, to figure the next step out, always to be told by Jason that someone will get back to you.

Nothing.

Both Trey & Pablo are frauds. They offer aged accounts befor ehe confirmation of order and then offer a new account which gets suspended by Amazon in 3-4 days.

They extract more money in the name od providing another account with buyer feedbacks in it.

When the time to deliver the accounts they start giving excuses and if you get frustrated with their delay tactics, they would start abusing. This site is a scam and just siphon of your money.

Amazon in Silverton, Oregon - ORDERED A BOOK, AND A MONTH LATER I GET A CHILDRENS BOOK INSTEAD.

I ordered a book early October and received a book in November. Well the problem is what they sent me was a children's book about another subject. Emailed and called Barnes and Noble and they gave me the run around. Contacted Indoo and nothing. VERY BAD SERVICE. I will dispute this with my credit card company. The book came in a very cheap folder mailer that you would use to ship paper in and not a book. I found their phone number 732-382-2600, yet no one returned my call. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. You will get nothing in return.

Amazon - Discount Hookahs and Tobacco Products is A Rip Off

I ordered a product from them from Amazon. I decided to cancel it through the Amazon cancellation process. The next day, 24 hours after I sent the cancellation notice, they still shipped the product. Discount Hookahs and Tobacco Products is a scam and not honest. AVOID Discount Hookahs and Tobacco Products. Amazon is usually okay but this vendor is a crook. The customer service is smug and ignorant. Discount Hookahs and Tobacco Products is nothing but a thief and no one should buy from them. I have filed a complaint with Amazon so I will get my money back, but Discount Hookahs and Tobacco Products are thieves.

Amazon - Video disc/musical with bad copy track

Bought Andre Rieu Midsummer Night's Dream music DVD. Would watch this DVD approx. 1 month post purchase only to find out that one track was badly copied. This was to be a gift, the reason not played until now. Of course, Amazon would not allow a return as "it was outside the return window". Just need disc replace with one that does not have a bad track. Would strongly advise all customers of Amazon to think twice before buying any disc you will not immediately review. This is not the first bad copy disc I have received from Amazon.
