I don't use these people as the people I talked to recommended me to stay away. Instead, they suggested to use the sellers on the Aspkin forums or Auction Essistance for Amazon services.

Amazon review in Crewe, Virginia: I ordered a 10 ft. x 20 ft Pop up tent which was damage and new

I ordered a 10 ft. x 20 ft. we it got to me the box it was in was not damage. After opening it I find out they had sent me a used and damage Tent from a 3 party WPIC STORE.I ask for refund (the price of a used tent) and a new.The carry case was damage and tent part shows sign of usage.I have call and talk to both party over 20 times.Email and Phone call. d a new case.They want me to send tent first ,then they will refund my money.I All I ask was party refund and a new carry bag.

Turn them in to the B.B.B. consumer affairs & every other place,if nothing else but to get it out there just what CROOKS are on Amazon & Amazon itself.

You got to make some noise, call them every day! Block your # & maybe they can not see, it does not matter most are NOT even in the U.S & you can speak to 10 different ones & get 10 different answers, call a supervisor & or corporate & raise the roof! WE HATE AMAZON! LOOKS LIKE WE ARE NOT ALONE!

Amazon review in Port Arthur, Texas: Overnight Price Gouging

I went online to price a "Frozen Figure 6pc. Set". It was priced at $24.99 with Prime shipping available. I went back the next day 4-9-14 and the price has been increased to &$29.99 plus $7.98 shipping. This is almost a 50% price increase overnight. I've seen pricing change quickly on items I've looked at then come back later to a higher price. It seems to me that is odd that pricing increases after a Web site visit for that item, which is easily tracked and can trigger price change. Needless to say I did not purchase the original item I was looking at.

I've been having problems for some time & this time I'm not going back to Amazon! Be careful when it comes to looking in the movie dept.

It goes to an order with no confirmation. So, I'm out a little over $16. Which they say they can't credit or undo! How convenient for them!

I've had other problems in other depts. too!

I think your meant it increased to $42. Yes, I see it out there also. This has happened to me also on a few items. I just moved the item to 'Save for Later' and kept track of it to see if it will get reduced.

And your correct.

If a seller sees a high hit rate for an item, they can increase the price.

If you have an account and add items to the cart, or, save it for later, when you log in next time, Amazon tells you of any price changes. A nice feature.

I've found that prices can fluctuate like pork-belly-futures from non-Amazon sellers. Amazon-sold price changes are usually small and seldom.

you figured out the game that they play. Even worst if you do not log in as an account holder you will always get a different price.

once you have an established account you will always get the higher price. slickdeals alwasy advertises prices I can not get because the price if different when I search the item.

If slickdeals has a link I can get the price.

Amazon not making good on a $25 gift card

Last Christmas my wife got a $25 gift card from her daughter-in-law in Arizona, we live in Omaha, Ne. My wife has a Kindle and was going to use the gift card until it stated it was not valid. We called Amazon.com Customer Service and what a joke . They wanted us to scan the GC , which we did and email it. They donot have a valid email address so my wife called back and the rep. stated they will review it again and today, she got an email turning it down and will not make good on the gift card. My wife then called them back today and talked with Chris and told him she is not trying a scam but wants Amazon make it right on this and then he hung up on her. Wow, my wife is pissed and no more bokks, etc. from Amazon. She views them now as low-class and really just doesnot want anyone to call them w/a problem..

you need to have your daughter in law get involved. if she is a good customer of amazon they will correct this.

I mean a person that orders weekly, some one that spends lots of money at amazon can get almost anything I mean money back. they will not fix what is broken but they will give out money freely to those that buy from them often

amazon fail again. long term amazon lover now I will not order anything from them at all.

I have a credit on my account because they think if you are upset they will give you free money and you will be happy again.

Not So customers want our reviews heard and listen to we want to say when a product is bad and get the word out. How can we trust any review on amazon when they will not print what we say if we are negative.
