I was returning all of my items from several different orders because the site asked if I wanted to "ADD MORE" so I kept adding from other orders only to find out that I have to pay the return shipping since they were all on one order! Now I have to redo all of my reasons for return, and 2 other questions that are redundant also.
UGH. I'm frustrated and this is not suppose to be paid returns. All of my items are free ship and return.
Please correct this or make it clear that the customer has to pay the return shipping if you add items from another order. Thanks
Rude customer service
Very very rude and not helpful to me at all!!
I was charged twice for same item i purchased and attempted 7 more times, would not let me cancel, so I called to speak with customer service, ehich was very rude and not willing to help at all. Needless to say I disconnected the call. Decided to chat online with a representative to assist me and actually helped fix the problem!!

It seems that since I joined Prime, my packages take longer to ship, and I don't get notices of when they were shipped or notices about my orders. And it all started when I began using Prime!!!

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. it was what I had paid for Amazon prime, and didn’t realize taxes had been added. When that was explained to me, there was no longer a problem.

I FINALLY RECEIVED MY TOTAL REFUND AFTER A FULL MONTHS WORTH OF AGGRAVATION AND FILING A MULTITUDE OF COMPLAINTS AGAINST AMAZON.COM
I am still waiting for my refund. They received my returned phone about 8 days ago on 10/06/24. On their app, I watched a short video the other night that states 'any orders that were purchased with gift cards get refunds issued within 2 to 4 hours of them receiving the product.' Amazon.com tries to take people's money, lies, makes excuses, gives their good paying customers the runaround, and plays all sorts of mind games, etc.
So, yesterday, I called the police department to report that Amazon.com is trying to take my money and that they are an unscrupulous company with bad business practices. And I will continue to file a multitude of complaints against them!
