Amazon in Evergreen, Colorado - Don't buy dvd's
My account was charged right away for the purchase of a DVD, but the seller never sent the item. I complained several times, and contacted the seller but have had no response. I would like my money back, but it looks like that is never going to happen. Then, I contacted another seller, who never sent my dvd, and the seller blamed me for it not shipping??? How is that my fault? I guess my crystal ball was broken that day. I Will go back to using Ebay and Amazon. At least I get what I paid for and recieve my items!

Amazon in Reston, Virginia - Refused to deliver order to the requested shipping address
Ordered a chain saw from one of Amazon's third party sellers. The company refused to ship it to the address that was on the order but Amazon charged my account and is currently refusing to provide a refund without the permission of the seller. I specifically listed a PO Box because I don't like the way UPS leaves items by the front door. The seller, ToolsNow sent the item via UPS anyway and insisted that I had to take time off from work and drive 25 miles to the UPS site to retrieve my order. Tried talking to numerous customer service reps but they are all reading from the same script. Basically, they told me that they could not and would not help me. Last time I ever do business with Amazon.

Amazon Shipping Antics
On 2/29/2012, I purchased a 1TB external hard drive as a birthday gift from Amazon. I know that it takes time to ship, especially between the US and Canada. I was not going to do it unless it could arrive on time. I paid extra for expedited international shipping. the delivery window was 3/6-3/11 which was great because my friends bday is on 3/11. The estimate shipping date was 3/8/12 until. I kept checking it because my friend had to arrange for someone to be at the house to accept the package. Towards the end of the day 3/8/12... no package, so I checked and the date had been change to a week later. I contacted Amazon and they tried to tell... oh it was that all along. b.s. and then they tried to tell that the delivery window was 3/13/12-3/19/12. double b.s. Cancel the order? sure... when you get it, we'll send a label, and you can send it back and then we'll refund you on our sweet time. Meanwhile, I'm out the money to get my best friend a bday present on bday. I'm going to feel like heal. He doesn't care, but I do. I will never do business with Amazon again. This b.s. business practice is not me "misunderstanding" their shipping estimates. I know that they have their windows. I allowed plenty of room for being on the outside edge of their shipping window, but this practice of "oh no... it was really such and such a date ... that's just plain outright deceitful". Never again.

Amazon in Sint-Niklaas, Oost-Vlaanderen - Didn't delivery my macbook pro
I bought an macbook at amazon.com website and opted for expedited shipping, it was supposed to be delivered until february 28th. As I didn't received it I made a complaint at there website, they didn't tell me the reason but they cancelled my order and are returning PART of my money back. They are charging a 5% restocking fee for THERE MISTAKE!! It looks like a scheme to get my money!!! You order, they don't deliver, and charge you for it!! To worsen the matters I latter found out that they shipped it from china and was going to take 6-8 weeks to arrive, even though I paid for expedited shipping!!! The least I expect is to get FULL reimbursement!!
