I called up to the customer service to assist me with a refund. Ms.Mary helped me well I need to wait and wait how far the refund works.
If it doesnt I need to call them back.
But I never had a bad experience with Amazon hopefully this works well. Thanks

I woke up this morning, and needed to order some items. Brought up Amazon, entered my codes to get in, a window pops up telling me "to much active in this account, account locked up until resolved."
Then I couldn't get in to Amazon to send an email because account locked.
If this is how Amazon does business, treats it's customers, then I will just shut down this account. Plenty of fish in this sea...

I bought a 2000 dollar iPad; they sent me a 1400 dollar iPad. Then, the customer tech representative tried to help me troubleshoot, not being able to return it, and ended up getting me to wipe all the info from my phone and everything connected to it.
As a result, I'm going to lose my job, and they still won't accept the return of the iPad.
All they compensated me with was 50$. My career is now ruined over this.

I ordered a hammock stand. They said it was delivered two days before the delivery date, then again three days after.
I haven't received it. The carrier, Seur, can't match my delivery number with my email, so I don't know what's happening.
The Amazon order number is 402778****453****. The carrier Seur's delivery number is 952964****1589.

My item was shipped to the wrong address, my fault, I didnt double check the address. I thought I caught my mistake early enough, but no, shopped already. The woman I spoke with couldnt seem less interested.

Phone call handled very professionally and there was not a long wait time. It was kinda difficult to find a number, but it was worth finding.
To begin with trying to get to Customer Service you half to jump through way two many hoops. Then to get to talk to a representative on the phone is even harder then you half to speak to a person who
Amazon charged my account for something that I cancelled minutes later. I want to speak to an Amazon representative immediately.

Look, I'm not happy, I just can't get hold of a living person to talk to about deductions that are taken from my bank account. I don't have an account with Amazon anymore.
I cancelled it last November, I think, but they still deducted $14.99 from my bank account. So, I've been trying to get hold of Amazon for seven months.
